I have given this place two tries and I will not be back. The first time, I was very rushed to pick my gel nail color even when I got there 20 minutes prior to my appointment time. After that, the actual manicure experience was terrible and my gel polish came off after a week. I usually can keep my gel nails on for 4-5 weeks with no issues. I thought it was a fluke so I decided to try again. This time was even worse than the first. I arrived early and was again rushed to pick my color. I was sat directly next to someone else even though the entire line was empty, and my nail tech talked to the nail tech next to us the entire time about her weekend partying. Many details were mentioned that I could’ve gone without knowing. She was also texting!!! Every time I tried to communicate with her, she would answer in one word then go back to talking with the other nail tech. Very unprofessional and impersonal. She filed my nails flesh with my skin even though I asked for a shape up with no length removal and when I mentioned it again after she filed down my entire first nail, she said okay and continued with no change. At the end, she asked if they looked okay and I noticed one of my nails was missing color on an extreme amount on the side of my nail, so I asked for another coat on that nail. After an attitude she fixed it. I did not get cuticle oil or lotion on my hands when I was finished. My gel polish is chipping and peeling after less than a week, and I am beyond irritated. I’m not sure if it’s the brand of gel polish they use or their technique, but for the price you pay this place is not at all worth it. I will not be back. Travel further to Westerville, any nail place there...

I have given this spot many chances after having poor experiences but this was the tip of the hat for me. Some of the ladies in there are great but I’ve had multiple services where my nails were infected or damaged or they weren’t asking me what I wanted and I felt I had to be assertive.

This time I went with my sister to get my nails done before I have my baby and she was treating me out, and the gentleman who did my nails was not communicating with me, not being careful with my manicure and ended up having cracked and bleeding cuticles and a subpar manicure.

My sister called to complain and we even stopped in the next day and they just said “we work around sensitive area and sometimes it bleeds” and refused to offer any kind of refund or voucher for next appointment.

They did offer to fix my nails, but you can’t really grow back skin. Lol.

If you offer a poor service, if my opinion, you should do everything you can to ensure it won’t happen again and make sure your client feels validated.

Will not be returning to this salon, and I would not recommend to anyone...

There is one technician there that is wonderful, She did my gel manicure the first 2 times I went to this salon and I was very happy. The third time I went I was unable to request the girl I really liked. They don’t allow you to request a specific person. You get whichever technician is available when you get there. The girl that did my gel manicure this time was rude, she kept slapping my hand to tell me to relax my fingers, tugged on my hands, pinched and hurt me with the nippers. The whole time she appeared to be irritated and put out that she was even working on my nails. I mentioned as I checked out that I had a horrible experience and the manager said NOTHING about it, as if she didn’t care. I don’t appreciate that kind of service so I will not be returning.
