This was my first time at this location and only my second time ever eating at Chick-fil-A. Just like the first experience I thought that the chicken sandwiches were very Goode and would likely have given 4 or 5 stars if I based it only on the chicken sandwiches. Pulled into the crowded parking lot about 9:45pm. I stood in line about 10 minutes when I heard the cashier asking her manager she should continue taking people's orders as it was just about 10 and they were apparently closing. The manager told her yes continue taking orders of those who are already in line. When it was my turn to order I asked for 2 grilled chicken sandwich meals with macaroni and cheese sides, and was told that they I ran out of mac and cheese and we're not making more since they were about to close, so I opted for crisscut fries, then I asked for a shake or malt instead of one of the drinks on a meal, only to be informed that they were about to close and they've already started the cleaning the ice cream machine. The food came up super fast I'm talking less than a minute which was impressive in how quick they serve the food unfortunately it also meant that the food had already been prepared and I'm guessing once again because they were almost closed. The chicken sandwich we're still very good but the fries that they gave we're not only under salted but room temperature and had obviously not been made recently. I did get up tell the manager that my wife and I were not happy with cold fries but as they were now closed we would be happy to give us just about anything else an exchange, the manager told me I'm sorry we throw everything away that we don't have anything left to give you. Not the best customer service, he didn't offer and Alternate item or a refund for the fries, he didn't say come back tomorrow and I'd be happy to make it up to you and most frustrating was that he didn't even take the time to acknowledge my frustration and give a sincere or an empathetic apology. He simply said I'm sorry we don't have any more anyting to change I'm sorry that you got caught for eyes essentially better luck next time pal and went on about his business. In reality I will likely go there again because the chicken sandwiches are quite tasty and the price point is fairly reasonable. I do not think it likely that I'll order fries there again though and I'll probably choose the...
Read moreMy daughter and I went through drive thru this evening. Line wasn’t too bad, female worker walked over to take our order. Placed our orders, for my salad she asked what dressing I asked for the choices, she started reading them out fast that with her heavy accent I could not understand a word she was saying. I asked her to slow down for I did not understand what she was reading, but quickly pointed to the front of the menu telling me that I can read the choices. Even if I had 20/20 vision I don’t think anyone could read the selection of dressings in very small print. Told her I can’t see without my glasses then she quickly brushed me aside and told me to go to the guy infront of me to take my order and walked off to the car behind me. The young man infront was finishing up with a customer before I could move my vehicle up. He was very professional and acted in the manner that is expected of a restaurant that is Christian faith based! I placed my order and asked for a manager at which he replied that he will call in for a manager. The manager did not listen to what I was saying because he was too busy defending a rude, unprofessional worker. Asked for his boss but arrogantly said he was the manager. Told him I was going to write a letter about how rude the young lady was and would like his boss’s information. Told me to write the corporate. Got his name down but said he wasn’t going to give me the worker’s name and for me to go ask her for her name. I did exactly that but as I should have expected, encountered another rude attitude and said her manager is coming. The supervisor was very professional and understanding. One would think that with the use of faith to promote the restaurant, that training on proper and respectful service and treatment of customers is priority. Will never go to this location and if you are looking for what Chi fil a is known and respected for, this one is a great...
Read moreMy wife and I always use the mobile app to order ahead and then pickup via the Drive Thru line. You don’t usually have to wait long and service is easy - just give the name on your order to the attendant at the drive thru line (usually their walking around with tablets taking orders farther back in the line if it’s busy). Staff in the drive thru are always friendly.
Using the mobile app my wife tries to get us some free side with points if she can - this time we were just craving an after-dinner snack and she was able to buy a mac and cheese and get some waffle fries for free. They definitely have one of the best fast food fries (especially dipped in their sauce).
This time, when we pulled up to the food window they said they were still cooking a new batch of the mac and cheese so we had to pull into a parking spot and wait for them to bring our order out (the lot is kinda cramped to park in). It actually took like 15 minutes, which felt like a long while after already waiting 5 minutes in the drive thru line, but it paid off because both the mac and cheese and the fries were piping hot. We didn’t even wait to drive home, we devoured our food in the car.
For being a night time it seemed super busy inside the restaurant, so we were still glad to avoid the hectic...
