The Dosas n More truck was the cutest food truck I had seen in a minute. Parked on the side of a lot with many more food trucks it had a wide variety of dosas. I had to try their desert dosa the Blondie dosa which was caramel and white chocolate chips. The server was very kind and was quick in making the dosa. He also showed us the cool machine that was actually partly making the dosa batter and cooking it. It was a contraption with water and oil in it and it was very cool to watch make the dosa. The dosa itself was fire. It had lots of chocolate chips and the dosa didn’t taste sour at all because of the fermentation so it paired perfectly with the other sweet toppings. Casually giving out specifics on how dosa should be. I tried out the Gunpowder Masala Dosa with ghee; and it was superb. It was crispy and masala tasted really good. Highly recommend to try out some sunday dosa's. They have make-your-own and you can be super specific about how you like your dosa. And, they have good discounts going on.
