I've been going there for years since i have lived in sunnyvale most of my life.i go to get breakfast with my wife before we go to work and even at night because my wife likes the food.but every single time for the past six months either the order is wrong or we are missing something.i just went there right now after a long day of work we didnt feel like cooking so we stoped by and ordered nacho bell grande with meat on the side and the girl at the window asked me 3 times what kind of sauce i wanted and i told her fire sauce please.so we drove off and when i open the bag at home i see the nachos with the meat all over the nachos and not a single sauce packet in the bag. So service as far as my personal experience is 0 and quality 0 as well they really need to get their staff trained properly and they need to pay attention to the customer when they are placing an order.as for me im not sure if i ever want to go there again eventhough is a few blocks from my house i'd rather drive farther and get my order right....iam very dissapointed at the staff that works in this location by kifer in sunnyvale.and that goes for the morning and night crew.....awful service and awful quality.......thats too bad because thats the job that pays their bills and if they continue like this there will be no...

Best Part: The cinnabon delights were good.
Worst Part: Terrible food. We ordered a bell breakfast box. We received a crunchwrap that was weirdly shaped and partly open and the eggs were cold, the meat was burnt, and the cheese was long. Gross! They also ran out of the boxes. This happened on a Sunday and we usually come here on Saturdays and the food is usually good when we come on Saturday. So it must be something with the Sunday crew that my order was messed up. The service was kind of slow. Gave me a stomach ache afterwards. 5 bucks down the drain.
UPDATE: I came on a Saturday, and this happened AGAIN, this time with a sausage crunchwrap instead of steak. Cinnabon delights are the only thing good. However, Brian is a very nice person. He is always friendly, and always remembers us when we come to this Taco Bell.

I asked if I could pay cash and she said 'of course' and (I SWEAR) by the time I put my change in my wallet I heard my name being called! The ironic thing was the lady using the electronic kiosk was still there! The taco shells were very fresh. The only improvement I’d make would be to bring the ‘spork’ back as I was given a conventional fork for my ‘pintos and cheese’ order (which was awesome as well) but a bit tricky to eat w/a fork.
I remember watching a cooking show where the chef was asked “what’s your favorite restaurant” and she said “Taco...
