Pricey food for tiny amount of meat. We are from Los Angeles area and were in the area today for work.
Ordered 2 super lengua tacos ($4 each) + beef caldo $14.
My tacos had maybe 3 or 4 grams of total meat and was 90% beans inside. VERY small amount of meat .
Never had this little amount of meat in a taco in my many years of eating tacos.
Even with order supposed to be a large taco. My tacos had mostley refried beans inside. I always seen this much beans in burritos but not inside tacos.
My coworkers beef caldo was as bad. It had 4 pieces of potato and 3 tiny bits of beef. He is Mexican and said it was 90% beef broth and hardly any meat inside.
Total bill was almost $37 for Caldo, 2 tacos and a beer + a bottle of soda. For a take out due to the Covid thats TOO much.
Also It took almost 40 minutes to get the food and by then I was too hungry to go inside and return it.
So everyone who knows Mexican food should stay away from this place.
I know we won't be coming back because its way overpriced for the amount of food getting from this place.

Read moreWonderful neighborhood taqueria offering authentic Mexican food. Tacos are delicious, food is fast, they serve alcohol, plenty of seating inside and outside. Staff is super friendly (English and Spanish speaking!)
[Food] The food here is amazing, as shown in the photos. The tacos are unique, I really like how they wrap them in wax paper and put a good amount of pico de Gallo. They also bring you two giant sauce dispensers, red and green. Both sauces were amazing! Definitely going to return here! Beer was nice as well! Can be a little expensive but this is California!
[The Location] The restaurant has several tables inside with plenty of seating. They also have a tent outside for those who want to sit outside. The store is clean, not crowded, and seems to be well maintained. There is also plenty of parking!
[Customer Service] Customer service was also pretty great! The lady who helped me was very friendly and patient with me. She brought the food out and was very nice.
Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant! One of the best...
Read moreMy friend around the area really liked this place and asked me to stop by and try their burritos. The service at the desk was pretty good as well. I bought an asada burrito and took it home to eat with my bro. Halfway through my burrito I bit down on two really hard pieces of "something". I thought they were bones at first but they were way too hard and rigid to be bone, I couldn't even feel it flex at all with my bite. I spat both pieces out and lo and behold, they were rocks. There was actual rocks in my burrito. How does that even happen? Again, these guys aren't bad people but having rocks in your food is really really bad. Im lucky it didn't permanently crack one of my teeth. Ive honestly never had an experience quite like this so I didn't know what to do. I called up my brother and he told me I should call them and let them know. When I called them and told them they apologized and verbally offered a refund(that never came). Never...
