Taqueria Pátzcuaro — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

Coming from a non-Mexican, for whatever that's worth, I enjoy this food truck a lot for a quick lunch break. Menu is straightforward without many surprises, except the meat options, you may have to look some of these up. Meat is generally well portioned and succulent, other toppings are also plenty and fresh. I don't kow why, but I like also their tortillas for their burritos. I doubt it's particularly special but who cares I like my carbs.

Service is great: friendly, speedy, not much else to say.

Prices may appear a bit steep but there are a couple caveats: prices include sales tax portions are HUGE

One of the best mexican food trucks in the bay area. Their green avocado based sauce is one of the best I have ever had. Make sure to ask for their green sauce as they don't give it by default.

Their carne asada burrito is pretty good and I have had it multiple times. Wait times can be pretty long during rush hours but there is plenty of parking as this is right at a gas station. The portion is pretty big and filling and the peppers they give in addition can be added to complement spiciness.

P.S : the listed times in maps is not super accurate and they sometimes close a bit before. So don't go there...

Wanted to try this food truck out and I regret it. Ordered 2 burritos, the burritos are seriously just rice and tortilla. I was excited at first because the burritos are pretty thick and served with some roasted small onions and peppers. Biting into the burrito at first I thought hmmm I haven't tasted the meat, no flavor until I looked and realized this burrito is 90% rice, smh.
