I went there on a Tue night. Picked this location as it shows on Google search and google map that it opens till 10pm vs the Apple Park location that closes at 9pm. Stepped into the restaurant and it has a counter right by the front entrance. I asked the staff if the place stays opens till 10pm and she replied “around 9:15- 9:25pm”. We ordered the medium wings and fries. The fries were very tasty, piping hot and definitely freshly fried. I definitely prefer it over the sweet potato fries that we usually ordered since this is much tastier and crispier. The chicken wings came out after quite some time and the taste is on point but the size is a little lacking. This location also did not have cups and water for customer to self-serve unlike the Apple park location. They also do not provide customers with plastic gloves unlike the other location. The seats were also less comfortable as they were placed very close to the table. Overall ok, but I might choose to go to the Apple Park location if their closing hours are actually similar. I was thinking if the Google map or webpage indicated the closing hours as 10pm, they should either update their operating hrs online to reflect the actual closing hrs or change their closing time to 10pm to match the time...
Read moreI’ve been watching a lot of Korean dramas so I had an urge to eat some K-BBQ chicken and tteok-bokki. Wow, the chicken was tasty. Also, the batter held up nicely and was just as crunchy as leftovers warmed in an air fryer the following day. There is enough chicken in one combo to share between 2 liters eaters. We ordered 2 different chicken lunch combos (one with rice and the other with fries) and the rice cake which was way too much for 2 of us to finish. The reason for the down-grading of stars for the food is because I got a headache both days when eating the chicken and tteok-bokki. Not sure if it was the saltiness, spiciness, or seasonings used. The wait is long but I guess that means it is made fresh after ordering. I found it weird that water is not freely offered for dine-in customers (must buy bottles). Because you can only imagine how thirsty we were after eating the saucy-spicy chicken and rice...
Read moreToday was our third visit, and the food was satisfying. However, as we were about to leave the restaurant after finishing our meal, a middle-aged Korean man yelled angrily to tell us to clear our table. Umm...
Observing that other customers were not clearing their tables either, we assumed that table clearing was the responsibility of the staff. We ordered food and left tips under the assumption that we wouldn't have to clear our own table.
If the restaurant expects customers to clear tables themselves, they can just kindly let us know instead get angry. Also please note or put a sign indicating "self-cleaning" or something similar where we can see well.
While it's unclear if the employee had difficulty clearing other tables and acted out of frustration, I hope they retrain the staff's behavior towards customers...
