Great Vape — Local services in Sunnyvale

I have been to a half dozen places around the south bay. Overall rating: Good on a scale of 1-5 = 3 to 3.5. Three separate visits. One employee excellent, the rest need more polish in human relations (includes owner/manager). Establishment layout--4 1/2 Star. Large juice selection but very very weak with tobacco type flavors available for testing. Equipment to test the juice--average-barely adequate, bring your own dripper(s) and water bottle. Low end juice available for free test, ok but did not ask to test the premium. Premium juice is pricy-true for all other sellers.

"Club iness"--Big plus, did not feel that regulars were getting special treatment--refreshing. Vape knowledge: good. Human relations: need more ambiance warmth/welcoming and low end juice needs more improvement (on the dry side and kind of muted same taste flavors). Worth a visit. Recently had a bad experience here, but lets hope it changes for the better. I come here often and it’s usually very convenient for me. Wouldn’t sell a single coil and I had to visit there second location where I was unsuccessful in purchasing a single coil.

I went to 2 different locations in the same day because they would not sell me a single coil and BOTH locations were extremely rude. One employee snarked “ you know, it’s just easier for us to sell you a pack than one coil.” I glared at him and just wanted out of there he acted as he was Boss and what he said goes . Look Chris I don’t WANT to leave bad reviews . And I don’t want anything free, I have money and are quite willing to pay for whatever, but rude employees I will not tolerate when I’m spending money at an establishment! Thanks for your fast reply and will consider going back to elcamino location as you guys are the only one that has the coils I like...

The staff recommended me a dangerous battery for my rig and an inflated price. Not recommended.

They also open late and are quite rude. Go elsewhere for your nicotine fix.
