Sweet sour Pork delicious but the rest of the meal....maybe not. My Dad said the fried rice was good but my chicken fried rice was just not very good ( maybe need onion or more oil). Next time I will try Pork, maybe has more flavour. String bean chicken was Ok ( cook well) but the flavour lack something ( maybe add Garlic). Overall just not good as Panda Express ( I dont like Panda because they use cheap rice but the entrees at Panda taste better....and Kung Pao at Panda taste better....Panda entrees always taste better). The thing that was confusing is if you order 4 item.....that Rice or Chow mein is counted as one item, and I think they charge 16.99 for 4 item. The 4 item is actually 3 item at Panda and Panda only charge 12.40 for the same amount. The only thing I like about this place is I think you can choose Glass Noodle as one of your items ( it is delicious) my Dad got that. I think the fried rice would taste better if they add more onion or cabbage or oil...just need to improve since they give you...
Read moreWe've tried a few Chinese food places since moving to the area, and this is easily the best so far. Everything we had (Sesame Chicken, Lemon Chicken, PFR) was great. The only qualm I have is that the free delivery requires a $30 min order, which is a bit steep compared to other establishments. On the other hand, the take out order we placed was ready in five minutes, so if you can dash over it makes for a pretty fast experience.
From their menu (5/2008), their hours are: Sun-Thu 11am-9pm Fri-Sat 11am-10pm
Addendum: Instead of ordering from their delivery menu, we recently tried just walking in and buying from their from the pre-cooked area in the restaurant. It wasn't quite as good - our current theory is that the delivery menu food is cooked to order, so it is a...
Read moreDisappointing Experience I recently visited Wok's On Express to satisfy a craving and left underwhelmed. The 2-item combo didn't include noodles or rice, forcing me to upgrade to a $16+ 3-item combo since my plate was made already.
Food: Bland Glass noodles were the lone highlight, decent but not impressive. Sweet and sour chicken was overcooked and dry. Beef and broccoli disappointed; the beef was pale, tenderized poorly, and tasted off.
Customer Service: Eh When I questioned the price, the owner/lady dismissively shooed me away. The empty restaurant should have been a warning sign.
Verdict: No thank you Unfortunately, Wok Express failed to deliver on both food quality and customer service. With better options available, I wouldn't recommend...
