Bistro Creole — Restaurant in Sunrise

I still don’t understand how they even get a 4 star rating. I called ahead of time and ordered 3 plates of food. I was told it would be ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later, that’s when they went to prepare my food. I sat down and waited for 45 minutes. I was called to pick up the food only to find out after I paid that I had to wait another 3 to 5 minutes for the 3rd one. I said ok, and waited another 30 minutes to a point where I started to really get mad at the lady and to her that if I don’t get that 3rd plate in the next 2 minutes, i will cancel the entire order and request for a refund. She tried to calm me down and I told her that my food is getting cold, and I’ve seen many other customers who came after me and ordered similar food walk away with theirs. Now I’m done waiting. She then told me that they ordered over the phone. So I reminded her that I ordered over the phone almost 2 hrs ago and I’m not waiting any longer. All the other customers who walked in and ordered just 1 plate walked away with their food even for orders similar to mine, while I’m still waiting. So when she realized that I was ready to leave, she told me she’s going to check on it right away. Then she told they’re getting it ready right now. 2 minutes later, the food came to the counter. I do love Haitian food, and I’m accustomed to Haitians’ crappy customer service, but by far this has been the worst I’ve ever had. On Sep 21 I place an order over the phone for a taso gabrit with rice and chicken with rice and sauce, although it took me an hour to go pick up my food i got there and paid 37 and tax. I got home and gave my brother his plate, as im sharing my plate of good in a separate plate to give my 5 year old I noticed something… and sure enough it was a roach! If I could give this restaurant a zero star I would because their Haitian lady she was so rude and they don’t know nothing about customer service, I had order food there the meat was cooked where it was too crispy and hard like a brick . Why I can’t eat it. It was very hard so I called and told them but she told the nice boy that was on the phone with me to hang up the phone on me because there’s nothing they can do about it mind you I didn’t even finish the food I only took a bite on one of the meat and I saw all of them were very hard and crispy and they were telling me that there was nothing that they could do about it. I ask for my money back they said they can’t give me my money back mind you they never gave me a receipt where is say no refund so basically they were trying to steal my money.
