This message if for an order placed 05/27/2020 but the lady taking the order (Gisselle) didn’t provide me of a valid receipt for my survey. Last night I went to this location since I got two coupons for the Impossible Burger with T-Mobile. When we got to the speaker the lady had an attitude, we explained we had the coupon and without asking what else we wanted or how we want it, she didn’t let us talk and sent us to the next window. While we were there she started taking the order from the car behind us (totally disrespectful since we were first) she didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Out of the back comes another lady and says “here’s your order” we said it’s not possible because we haven’t order and the first lady we talked to (Gisselle) now comes close to the window and says that’s your food with a very bad attitude. We explained she didn’t took our order, I have a severe Egg allergy I said no mayo, she rolled her eyes at us and didn’t let us finish our order again, at this point we’ve been waiting for around 10/15 min on a drive thru, we were finally able to order fries. They give us the bag without the receipt and I request it, I got a paper without the survey option. Gisselle has the worst customer service in the planet, she shouldn’t be on a position that interacts with customers. We got home, the fries were cold and soggy and to our surprise they only changed the top bun of the burger my lettuce, tomato and onions had mayo in it, this is completely unacceptable! If I didn’t check I would’ve end up in the hospital thanks to the ineptitude of the people working at this location. I’m going to make sure I’m heard so this never happens again to me or anyone else. It is an allergy and you guys could’ve been responsible for me being sick for days! And on top of everything I didn’t have dinner because of this situation. Totally disappointed Gisselle and the person responsible for making our food should be trained again so they understand the magnitude of an allergy!
UPDATE 03/07/2024 In the aftermath of this incident, I reached out to the customer service department to address the issue and seek a resolution. I was assured that a gift card would be sent to compensate for the inconvenience and ensure that measures would be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Regrettably, it has been FOUR YEARS since that conversation, and I have yet to receive any form of compensation or acknowledgment from the restaurant.
This lack of follow-through and accountability is completely unacceptable. Not only did the restaurant fail to uphold its duty of care towards a customer with allergies, but it also failed to honor its commitment to rectify the situation. Read moreThe manager that was there today at around 5:30pm was super rude. I'm sure that people go there all the time requesting free food but that was not my point. Last month my mother and father bought food there and came home to find a blue, chewed piece of gum. They were extremely disgusted and horrified. I called at that moment and spoke with the other manager on duty which was very nice and she remembered my parents because we live right around the area and buy from there a couple of times a month. She was very apologetic and said that she could give me the whole order again or she would hold it for us until we went back. I told her that there was no way we would eat there again the same day but when and if they were ready again they would go. She said that since she remembered my parents that she would honor what she said when she saw them. When I went today, I just so happened to have remembered and I told the manager that I knew it wasnt her I spoke with but j explained what happened. She in no way was apolagetic or tried to say anything except, " well that was over a month ago and if you didnt get it then it's not going to happen now." I said okay I'll just speak with the manager I spoke with that day, she said, "it doesnt matter shes gonna have to run it by me anyway and we just dont give out free food". HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. She was rolling her eyes and never once gave me an option or anything except for being rude. I will take this to their corporate because she could have said " I apologize but we do have a policy and I would have been more then happy to help you with that when it happened but it's been quit some time now" and I would have definitely understood but she was not helpful and honestly people like her should NOT be made managers. Read moreI dont even know why i decided to go to this location this morning. I use to come this location with my friends as a teen over 15 years ago. This place is still raggedy. It needs remodelling. It doesn't feel like a place to sit and enjoy. Maybe its the lighting. I usually rather drive an extra 5min to the location on commercial blvd. My job and kids school is between both locations. I was running extra late and my kids didn't have time to eat breakfast at home. I had no intentions of buying breakfast this morning. I instructed my children to eat at school. My 5 yrs old was very moody and irritated this morning when i got to his school. I knew if he didnt like what was serve for breakfast at school, he would have a bad day. Despite being late, I decided to go and get him food and went to this location because traffic already picked up and i was closer to this location with only 2 traffic lights. I always went through the drive through. This time i sent 4 of my kids inside despite of being late, to ensure the food was made fresh. Of course my kids scarfed it down, its better than school food. They stated that their sandwith looks bad. They compared the sandwiches. They all ordered the same thing with hash brown and orange juice. They were different sizes and smashed. Hash browns were not even warm. When I open my sandwich my croissant was squish flat and my eggs was in pieces. I didnt notice until i started eating and eggs pieces were fall on me and between the cracks of my seats while i was driving to work. I was so annoyed. I had to clean it up. The food is never hot or presentable. I spent about $25 here and wasnt worth it. Next time i will go to seven eleven instead. This place needs new management or better employees.
