La Perrada Company — Restaurant in Sunrise

The food was good. Sadly our service was really bad. The kitchen blames the server and the server blamed the kitchen! We had simply 2 dishes and one of them didn’t came out, unfortunately we saw how another table got served first with a lot of different dishes knowing that they arrived waaaay after us. We waited a little bit to see if our order was ready but unfortunately it wasn’t and had to wait additional time. Lastly our server was extremely new and unapologetic honestly, something was wrong with our order which was that it didn’t come out at all and when that happens you want to apologize to the table and let them know that they will have it ready as soon as possible, but instead the waiter made a face and said that the kitchen forgot. After, when we paid, I saw a “service charge of 5%” and I asked the waiter that if the tip was included and she said no. We added tip but we needed a copy of the receipt and when I asked her for it she blamed my husband and said he didn’t press on the screen to print the receipt. When all he did was to put the car and put the tip and then we gave back the machine to the waiter. Honestly, VERY BAD SERVICE. Didn’t even bother to retrieve the last check to print the receipt and blame us for not printing the receipt ? I wouldn’t...

Wow. This place really blew me away! On the outside it's this odd circular building in bright orange with dancing hamburgers and hot dogs on the large windows, but once you walk in you are greeted by a clean dining area and very friendly staff. They immediately welcomed us as we entered and asked if we had dined there before. We said no and they went over a few key items like the fresh squeezed juices.

Looking at the menu you saw mostly hamburger and hot dog meals. But they all have that Columbian twist. There were also some steak options and the sides included tostones! I opted for the Hawaiian dog, tostones, and mango juice.

The order was out within about 5 minutes. Most Columbian hot dogs I've had you need to ask for extra sauce. Not here! It's pilled high with sauce, chips, pineapple, wrapped in bacon and topped with a quail egg. The tostones with plentiful (I had 5!). The juice was refreshing and delicious.

The taste of the hot dog was out if this world good! You need a fork and knife to eat it though. It was a perfectly blended concoction of salty sweet crunchy and juicy. I highly recommend going here if you love Columbian fast food or hot dogs in general. It...

Two stars because the food is alright. This restaurant started very well. I remember going there with my wife every weekend. Now for some reason the owner has made some changes that dont make any sense. I understand that prices are going up but covering the prices on the menu? This gives them the freedom to charge whatever they want. It doesn't feel right. A burger started at 8.99 back when they started. Yesterday I stopped by and when I realized that they covered the prices I asked for the current price $14 for a burger that doesn't even come with fries. Fries were $4 for a handful. When picking my order up, the lady at the counter said that they are only giving 2 sauce cups per receipt. I mean after spending $50 for two people you cant give your customers an xtra ketchup?
