KFC — Restaurant in Sunrise

Great food great location drive-thru is open dining room is not open at 50% capacity anymore but you can walk inside to order your food. The food is seasoned lightly but not overwhelming. The food is fresh and hot. The employees are friendly dining room inside and outside is clean. The prices a little bit expensive but it's well worth the price. They have a value menu and it's affordable and it definitely fills up your belly. The drinks mostly are not included you can also order single biscuits by the dozen or by six or by four or by two or single at a very fair price so I love the food. I'm giving it a five stars. There's literally 8 or more sides you can choose from so you can mix up your your sides with your entree basically you get a choice of macaroni and cheese baked beans string beans coleslaw just to name a few corn mashed potatoes so french fries you get a large variety of choices so that's why I really really like this place. They also do catering events for like churches and stuff like that so you can literally get like platters of a dozens of pieces of chicken. They also have the small order menu so like if you're on the go for a quick lunch, you can order from the $5 fill ups menu. But that's not all they have...

Maybe it's the time that i visit which happens to be quite often i might add but you can never get freshly made delicious chicken here. It always taste old and not warm like it has been sitting out. The chicken is beyond terrible. I know the kernel is probably pissed in his grave at how his legacy is being effed with. The manager she is beyond rude doesn't have a care in the world. A customer complained about the quality of the food she did not even show empathy she ask her " do you want your money back? I could not eat mine i threw it out. It was super stale i tell you. The place was very clean except for the bathroom which looked like the incredible hulk visited and just shitted. I’m a resident of Sunrise, and this KFC location is very convenient since it’s close to my home. Unfortunately, the service here is consistently terrible. The staff never seem prepared, and their chicken availability is always an issue — they rarely have food ready for customers, no matter what time of day you visit. It’s incredibly frustrating to have a local restaurant that you can’t rely on. Because of these repeated bad experiences, I now drive nearly 20 minutes to the KFC in Plantation, FL, where the service and food quality are much better.
