Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sunrise

It was at night when I had ordered, 11:18 pm to be exact. We had order a quesalupa meal plus an additional quesalupa, 4 chicken chipotle burritos and a burrito supreme no beef add rice. When the food arrived home, I live 4 mins away, the food was cold, poorly made. Beef was cold, extremely little toppings quesalupa shell not crispy very cold. The worst part was my burrito supreme. It looked like the bean cheese rice burrito from the dollar menu, which I had paid 3.89 plus an additional .30 for rice. I went back to the restaurant waited a little over 10 minutes in line for a refund on just my burrito supreme. Cashier gave a super hard time just to refund my money as if the money was coming out of their pocket, stating that the order was done a long time ago. Order was paid at 11:18 pm. Food arrived home 11:30 when I realized the order was a total disaster. When I had arrive at the restaurant the line was so long 7 cars ahead. Waited 10 minutes refund was given at 11:54 pm. How did I order so long ago?! It was 30 min window. Due to the fact how long I needed to wait in the drive thru. Night manager did not speak to me about the issue, refused to confront me about the situation. Cashier was the one that had to handle it. He said bc u had decided no beef that was the reason it looked so skinny! No, it was skinny because they did not add the lettuce tomato cheese sour cream! It was a battle to get my refund on one burrito! At night this place make alot of mistake I had let slide but tonight was my breaking point!!! Very disappointed. Night team are the worst!!! I like the day crew better. The night team does not know customer service, no passion on what they do it shows on how they prepare the food! Never again will I go...

I've ordered from this location quite a few times and it's always been mediocre at best but tonight really hit a lick. Obviously ordering taco bell at 11pm you don't have much of an expected standard, you expect your order to be messed up and the staff on shift to be whiney and disgruntled.... Tonight was..... 🤣 I ordered through the app and arrived and was asked to wait at the speaker.... Ok cool, I was authorized to proceed to the window. Handed my drink and asked to reverse behind a pole... I backed up behind the pole but was clearly not far enough as the window workers asked me to back up further, so as she guided me like we're coordinating a multi billion dollar yacht movement I stopped where she stated. Late night not totally paying attention waiting my car had drifted forward as it's a manual and I knew nothing was forward of me. She came back to the window and scolded me for coming forward that she would "tell me when to come forward" like a malnutritioned peasent in the dark ages and handed me my bag of rations for the day in her blessing of necessities. When I got home and opened the bag, I struggled for a solid 7 minutes and 42 seconds to fully understand what I actually ordered that was fabricated into this disrespectful poor excuse of a taco or anything. What I consumed from the rest of the meal was as expected and not a bad late night bite to eat. But, this is probably one of the less exciting or quality taco bell's I've been to...... 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Had to switch up to another taco bell after countless times of them getting the order wrong, I mean how hard is the job when it's repeated to you, on the computer, and a ticket prints out what is supposed to be made, it requires 5th grade skill level to operate. I ask for steak I get chicken, and this is happened more times than I can count on my hands and toes. The receipt says steak, I get chicken. Also 1/2 the time orders not only come out wrong but stale or not fully cooked. This taco bell should learn from these mistakes, not to mention they have violated health codes, you know as of 2 months ago maggots & roaches near the food or in it. Disgusting. Also what's with being stingy with the sauce packets, like 2 sauce per 2 items, it's not gold, I get they cost money but come on.
