TERRIBLE customer service and TRASH communication at this brand new Olive Garden. I ordered my food and my waitress was super sweet, when my food came out I was taken by surprise as the dish was slightly different than what I’m used to and could have been an EASY FIX! The waitress offered to bring out a piece of chicken the way I expected it, & it should have ended there. The “manager named Joy” came to ask me questions. I explained the issue about the chicken being grilled when it is usually breaded and was willing to wait for the piece of Chicken to come out. She offered to take the plate and have it re-made with the correct chicken so that the noodles would not get cold. I thought we were good; then they asked me if i wanted to try it cause that is the way it is made… I tried it, but i was still waiting in the “breaded chicken” so as i’m eating my 1st fork full of noodles, suddenly another manger comes over “the general manager” Lina to literally ask me the same thing that Joy just asked but when I told her the plate was being resolved, so I am trying to figure out why a third person came to my table while i am eating…her reply was i don’t know… They told me you asked for me. When I had not, (later i confirmed with joy that they did not tell her that) i told her the issue & she did not offer a resolution! I told her look I am annoyed at this point and pushed the plate away. She takes the plate, and tells me that she promises me the Olive garden in plantation was making it wrong all along… I called the other olive garden and they confirmed what I had been saying… just because I know I am not crazy. I got so aggravated with this HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that I asked for my check for my coke, I’d rather give my money to a different place. Her attitude was like OK don’t worry about your check, like if she made a difference, she did me no favor because I left still hungry & annoyed with a FREE COKA COLA …. LOL like wow! it is Laughable at how terrible management makes places look bad because they treat their customers like if the customer is the problem when you simply could have swopped out the chicken. If I could give ZERO...

I was very disappointed with the service, I received from the hostess during my recent visit to this Olive Garden location. I arrived with my grandson around 12:05 PM and was greeted by a young lady with her hair pulled back ponytail in a bun. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name.
When she attempted to seat us in an area that was extremely cold, I politely asked if there was a section that was a bit warmer. She simply shook her head and said “No,” even though there were two available booths by the window, two of which was already occupied by guests, proving that section was open.
I asked if we could sit at one of the window booths, and again she told me “No” without any further explanation or effort to help. I remained polite and said we would leave, expecting at least an attempt to accommodate or maybe even involve a manager, but she allowed us to walk out without concern.
This experience was particularly disappointing because I’ve dined at this location about eight times since it opened, and I’ve generally had pleasant visits. Unfortunately, today’s lack of care and unwillingness to assist made me feel undervalued as a guest.
I hope management sees this and takes steps to ensure all guests feel welcome and accommodated, especially those who have supported the location since the...
Read moreMy family and I had a disappointing experience at this Olive Garden during what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. I drove two hours from Miami to Sunrise to be part of the event, but the experience fell short of what we had expected.
When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t be seated until our entire party was present. While I understand policies like that, the way it was handled showed very little flexibility or empathy, especially because it was a Tuesday and the area where we sat was almost empty. When I tried to speak with the manager, she was not understanding and initially refused to provide her supervisor’s contact information.
We had a five-year-old who fell asleep before eating because we hadn’t been allowed to order sooner. We asked if he could lie down on an empty booth right next to us, but the manager refused—even though the restaurant was nearly empty. It just felt unnecessarily rigid and lacking in compassion.
After driving such a long distance to celebrate a special occasion, the lack of understanding from the staff was very disappointing. Olive Garden would really benefit from better training for their managers and team on empathy, communication, and flexibility. A family-friendly restaurant should feel welcoming—especially during a celebration and when accommodations could...
