I wish reviews would allow you to give -negative stars or AVOID THIS LOCATION by any means necessary! This location needs to either be SHUT DOWN OR the entire staff needs to be re-evaluated immediately. I can't believe the customer service I received today, How Dare this company hire employees or shall I say this location hire an employee who wasn't even taught basic customer service skills at his or her training. I guess due to Covid-19 customer service is just out the window. I did speak to a pizza hut rep by the name of Beverley who was nice but that's not the person who should be giving me the customer service who did not even take the time to apologize for the terrible service I received today. But not a problem! It seems as if no one has taken the time to give this store the correct management and team training from all the reviews I'm reading about this location. I specifically asked the Pizza Hut representative please walk me through how the non contact curbside delivery works and not one time did she mention I had to open the door to verify my credit card, isn't that the point of NO CONTACT! So can someone please explain to me why the driver did not follow these procedure? Instead I had to deal with a rude, obnoxious, arrogant, non customer service delivery driver who demanded that I come outside to get my pizza from their car and also to tipped them (not even joking) ! Read moreI am still baffled at how the so called supervisor is still in a leadership position. She has the worst customer service skills. Language is not an excuse for being rude and lacking proper communication skills. I take it this location is a franchise and the owner doesn’t care because it’s very evident in these reviews she is not an ideal leader. No greeting, hi, hello, no have a nice day. Placed my receipt on the counter “sign this”. Gave another customer who I witnessed walk in and order after me as I placed an online order which stated in 14 minutes my pizza would be ready. I had just been told by the young man, 6 more minutes. I walk back in at 6 minutes after I witnessed a personal pizza be given to the customer I saw order after me. She proceeds to tell me the order takes 20 minutes for a personal pizza however the guy had told me 6 more minutes. She then tells to the back to make a personal pizza. I truly wish there was another Pizza Hut in my area, I dread the walking in this establishment to such a negative, grumpy looking lady. I guarantee if someone else opens a Pizza Hut near this location it would loose so much business....
Read moreBlanie at this location is beyond unprofessional and rude to be a supervisor. We placed an order for 10 pizzas. 1 pizzas was pepperoni and onion and another was all pepperoni. We received 2 pizzas with pepperoni and onion when it should have been just 1. I called the store to let them know and she immediately started screaming THAT'S WHAT YOU ORDERED! I said no we ordered 1 with onions NOT 2 and I told her she didn't have to yell. Then she proceeds to yell again "I'M NOT YELLING" I said you're being very rude and over talking me then she proceeded to interrupt me again and talk over me. At that point I asked for a manager she claims she was the manager. So I asked for her name and store #. We spent $282.00 We patronize your location and that type of treatment is very uncalled for and not the type of customer service that should be displayed for people spending their hard earned money.
