i said it was my first time there and asked if they sold juice, they said no just smoothies, so i took a moment to decide what to buy
when i was ready to order they made me wait while a [removing race marker for context] work-out couple who arrived after me stepped aside and was staring at the wall - and (your staff) said they were still ordering 👎🏽 ⬅️ that means they were still deciding ‼️
hint: she could have taken my order while the other customer was still figuring out what they wanted
in other words my order didnt matter so i walked out

It was a Sunday at 5:15pm and the door was locked. The girl said they were closed. I said aren't your hours until 7pm? She replied I guess because it's slow 'they" told her to clock out at 5:30pm. It was before 5:30 though. Anyways, the other time I went before it looked like another lady was also leaving after I went in around 3pm. I've been twice and now a 3rd unsuccessful time. I know small businesses are struggling because of Corona, but this is not how you stay afloat. Read moreI had a horrible experience at this smoothie place, and I feel the need to share it. The girl making my smoothies was on her phone the entire time, completely distracted and unprofessional. I paid to add boosts to both of my smoothies, but she only added the boost to one. It got worse—she left the machine running while she walked away, and when the smoothies were done, she had added so much ice that there was enough for three smoothies. Instead of using all the ingredients for the two I paid for, she just discarded the extra. It felt wasteful and like I wasn’t getting what I paid for. The owners should be aware of the poor service they are offering, especially since they have cameras all over the place. This lack of attention and care is unacceptable.
