I have never had an issue with InUnison previously, they have always been very friendly. However, I just bought 8 shirts from them for my two boys, and had them shipped to me. When I recieved the package, it was in a very flimsy package. When I cut the package open as directed (even after shaking the contents down), I cut a little hole into one of the dry fit shirts (because they are so thin -which is great in this Florida heat). To my surprise, they were just thrown in the bag with no plastic or covering to protect them from being cut into, even though there were 8 shirts stuffed into the small thin package). Of course it was my fault I cut into the shirt, however with 12.95 being charge for shipping you would think they would take more precaution to pack them in something other than a 2 dollar package with no reinforcement. I contacted InUnison asking if they would replace the shirt (being that I have spent at least 400 dollars there over the past two years for my boys), and I recieved a response saying that they were sorry I damaged the shirt, and they wouldn't replace it but would offer me 20 percent off my next order (they are offering 10 percent off now as a promotion which is why I bought in bulk). I let them know that I was disappointed with paying almost 13 dollars for shipping when it cost me 1.96 to send the shirt back to them, in an envelope and covered with bubble wrap. They were very polite in their responses, and responded again with they understood my frustration and would offer me 30 percent off my next order during the promotional period. I politely declined, and let them know I will be taking my patronage elsewhere. Hopefully after this experience they will take more time to put the 13 dollars they charge you for shipping and use it for better materials to care for the 20 dollar...
Read moreI am not the kid of person that is constantly complaining and writing poor reviews, but these people need to know what their customers experience was/is. I had to order from them because they are the vendor for HHMA. I ordered my sons 1st uniform from them a week before school started but because they were swamped and i did wait till the last minute, i cut them some slack for not ever delivering his uniform to the school as i was told they would. instead, I had to go out of my way to pick it up. On September 16th, the day we picked up the first uniform, we decided to order another one from them and a month later, still no uniform. The gal that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. I finally got through to Ed only to be told, "I don't know what happened. Your order fell through the cracks and hasn't been placed" WTH???? WE paid $52 and it hasn't even...
Read moreI ordered ONE PAIR of shorts for work at my FD. A month later, I call for tracking info only to be told that they haven't received the shorts as of yet. When asked when they will arrive I was told that they would be received, "probably next week because it takes about a month for us to receive orders." My next question was when they'd ship out - "probably Thursday." Asking for clarity I was told they'd be shipped TO ME the following week by them. That makes a month and a half BEFORE they're even sent to me!!!! Who knows how long the shipping will take. I'm expecting to get my shorts in the fall season at this point. Diana assured me they can expedite the shipment - we shall see. Still at this moment I cannot track any movement so I have no clue where they are coming from to get to this establishment then to get shipped to me....
