I ordered my food online and I arrive to the restaurant 30 minutes later. The FIRST thing I am greeted with is, "I'm just going to tell you now that your order is not ready." Okay... "Hello to you too, and when do you think my order will be ready?" The response is "10-15 minutes." Well great; that is not a problem. I proceeded to pay. 20 minutes later, no food. 30 minutes later, no food. I understand it's busy. I hear another customer complaining that he's waited an hour and a half before he received his food. No one is acknowledging me. They are dancing around me asking other customers their order number while I am standing right in front of the desk waiting just as patiently as the rest. So now I've been waiting for 45 minutes AT the restaurant. It's been WELL OVER AN HOUR since I ordered. I work long night hours so I ordered ahead of time so that I can eat before work and it's getting to the point where I won't be able to do that. I'm aggrevated... and another young girl working there says, "Excuse me, what is your name and your order number?" I tell her and then she says, "It's too crowded. I'm gonna need you to wait outside. I'll call you as soon as your order is ready." Over 40 minutes ago, I was told my order was going to be ready in 10-15 minutes (which is completely unacceptable to tell blatent LIES when you know you have customers waiting over an hour before me). Okay... so when can I expect your phone call? She says, "10 minutes." 10 minutes? "Yes, ma'am, 10 minutes." Okay. Don't bother calling me because I will return in exactly 10 minutes... for my food or my money. I STILL drag my feet coming back in and give them an extra few minutes. I walk back in. Once again, no one acknowledges me. So I ask the girl who originally told me 10-15 minutes, "Is order number...ready?" She checks and says, "Not yet; it will be out in a few minutes." Well, when it does, I won't be here. I need a refund immediately. She gets the manager to issue the refund... once again, not so much as a glance or acknowledgement. But I guess I can't be surprised because clearly, the attitude of these young hostesses and waitresses, reflect that of their manager. Truly POOR customer service and a waste of my time and money ( it's 2 days and $83 later and the charge is still pending... I know I'll get it back, but it's an annoying inconvenience). Read moreGetting 3 stars for the food. The food was good, could have been a little more flavorful but overall was satisfied. The service on the other hand, HORRIBLE. We called and ordered the girl who picked up tonight had no idea what she was talking about. We asked her if they had anything that fed 4 people and she offered us the 2021 special that specifically says for 2 people. She hung up before we could ask a time of when to pick up. My sister in law finally got back through to her (the phone kept ringing like it was busy) and the girl told us it would be done in 10 minutes. We live 20 minutes away so my husband rushed out the door just to find out when he got there that the food was just put in to cook and this was already 30 mins after we ordered. She told him that since it was a big order they didn’t want to start it until he arrived but yet she never mentioned to this and just wasted more time. Not to mention, The girl at the counter had her small child at work. She was holding the child while taking orders then took the child to the kitchen with her. She even let this small child hold people’s food bags and put it on the counter for pick up. When my husband asked when the food will be done she said “I would be lying if I told you I knew” long story short my husband arrived with our food 1 hour and 20 minutes AFTER we placed our order. We ended up ordering two of those 2021 specials which the girl suggested was for 4 people and it definitely was not because 2 of them fed 4 of us. Read moreMy first time at this location. We were seated promptly and our server, Camille came to take our drink order within a minute or two. The drinks came out quickly (the strawberry margarita was not worth $10.50). We placed our orders, a lobster and crab special for my daughter and wings and onion rings for me. And the wait began. Almost 30 minutes later we finally got our food. My daughter had an issue with broken clusters of crab legs. My onion rings were cold. I bought it to the managers attention and he said he would get me hot ones. But before he said that, he started feeling the bottom of the plastic container to see if they were hot or cold. I FOUND THIS TO BE INSULTING. I ate my wings, they were okay considering I ordered wings at a seafood place. I had finished my 6 wings when Camille came to check on us. She was very apologetic when she learned that the short manager took the onion rings with a promise of hot ones and we never saw him again. She brought out warm rings and took them off the check. She came over again to apologize. She was very sweet and she did her job well. She was quick to the table and took our order promptly.
