I highly recommend the gobhi manchurian – it’s extra crispy with a perfectly balanced sauce. The bhatura is light, fluffy, crisp and the biryani is fragrant with just the right level of heat. Not only was the food outstanding, but the personal touch made it even more memorable. Chef Shivraj himself came to check on us, ensuring that we were enjoying our meal. As a special treat, he offered us a complimentary kale chaat, which was an absolute delight—crispy, tangy, and packed with flavor. It was the perfect appetizer to kick off an incredible meal.
The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations based on your preferences. Whether you’re a seasoned fan of Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious,...
Read moreOur first experience at this restaurant was great! Today we thought let’s drive down to Mantra since they have Gulab Jamun on the buffet! It’s myself, wife and three of kids (12, 6 and 2). I wasn’t aware that my two year would be charged as kids weekend buffet ($14.95) my 2 year old just had a plate of rice as most of the time he was running around the restaurant and top of that almost 10% gratitude was charged (mind you there’s no where in the menu nor buffet area written that 5+ gratuity included) we have eaten buffet at lot of restaurants including Palm Beach but my two year never was charged and no restaurant ever charged that much gratuity unless we were made aware of. So everyone with small children just knows that you will be charged here. We’ll definitely be sticking to our usual palm beach restaurant “Indus” plus the varieties of food in the buffet is not even that great. It’s understandable that certain practices are taken to survive in a world that we live but these sort of practices are...
