On Sunday February 7th, I placed a pick-up order for one large pizza. At the time I placed the order I was told my order would be ready in one hour. I waited the hour and showed up to pick up my order, when I arrived at the store I was told my order wasn’t ready and to wait outside until my name was called. There was quite a few other customers who were also waiting for their orders, everyone seemed to be upset about the extreme delay. I patiently waited for my pizza for nearly an hour after I arrived. After this long wait, outside in the Florida heat, I decided to go inside and ask for a real timeframe of how much longer it would take. When the attendant went to look for my order another customer arrived and asked me if my order was ready, I explained to him that there were several of us waiting for our orders. After being told that his order wasn’t ready either, he left. And the reason why I’m writing this review is not only because I was lied to about the time my order would take to be ready but I was also scolded by the very unprofessional lady behind the counter for telling the other customer what was going on. Said attendant was also knowingly and purposely wearing her face mask on her chin, leaving her mouth and nose exposed [improper use of facial covering inside a food establishment by an employee] when she was done scolding me she raised her hand as if to flick me off, but she quickly turned the hand gesture into a peace sign. Shorty after this, I asked for a refund and firstly they told me they would “gladly” refund me but then another employee brought my pizza out. I took the pizza because I had already waited for so long and it was already paid for. To top it all off, the pizza was cold which means it had been sitting there, already made, while I waited and waited. I have been a many years long customer and I have recommended this place to many acquaintances because quite frankly the food is great, unfortunately the service isn’t. Two days after the incident I called the store and asked to speak to a manager, they offered me a $10 credit which I rejected. I was told the owner would call me back to try to make things right, 3 days later still no call back. Read moreI used to order pizza from here... emphasis on used to. While I up to that point never had a problem with the actual food, the service was abysmal. In a specific instance, they were in such a rush to take my order by phone that they made a mistake and when I went in after waiting quite some time to go on site and do a pick up, I opened the box to discover that the order was completely wrong. The cretin at the front, was unapologetic and told me to wait and they’d make a new pizza. I said I did not have time to wait and needed to get going. No offer or some kind of apology similar to Dominoes policy (if you wait longer than 30 minutes and we’re late your pizza free). The person became belligerent and basically wanted me to tell him what is it that I had to do in my personal life why I could not wait for them to (waste my time) and make the right pizza. Yep, he literally asked me ‘what is it you gotta do?’ To which I replied ‘none of your business!’ I told them to keep their pizza and walked out of the store. I would have considered ordering since some time has passed and was hoping that this place was under new management however, upon calling recently learned that the management has not changed in 35 years. This means to me that I would get that same level of arrogant and rude service. If you don’t care about service or being treated rudely when they make a mistake, then by all means go ahead. Read moreFood is great service is terrible. To be honest it’s the main reason why the rate is so low. Every time I call I get this girl and she’s short cut and dry with me. I used to live in the area over 9 years ago I live here again used to be okay service but never to the point I’m forced to be on hold then forgotten about for 20 min then I call again hold again over and over again. I missed the food and when I moved to in the area again where they can deliver. The service went down hill drastically. It’s always the same woman. With miserable attitude. When I get her I give up and just order else where because I’m left with such disrespect. But I will say food is great and I love an miss it. But customer service is so made it doesn’t make us for this woman. I do spend over $70 this is the 4th time this happens and sadly I’m over it with this woman. If an employee is in the middle of an order do not tell them please hold them make them make them wait 8-27 min even if they just moved to the area and force them on hold this happen to me too.
