I brought my kids up to St. Louis for Spring Break and was so happy to find Plant Craft Kitchen right down the road from Laumeier Sculpture Park and our hotel! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were kind and attentive.

I ordered the Mediterranean Hummus Quinoa Bowl and split the (mushroom and kale) quesadillas with my son. The quesadillas came with a side, so I chose a side salad not expecting much. Everything was amazing, and the presentation was perfection. The side salad was so beautiful and the quesadillas were divine. My daughter split an Impossible Burger with my son but wasn't very impressed. In-house dishes are always the best. She also picked out a slice of Acia Cheesecake from their cold case and shared some with me. Yum!

I tried to give my compliments to the owner, but she was busy on the phone for the entirety of our visit (talking business). So, I thanked the other staff members instead. There were only two other guests during our time there, but hopefully they're busier on other days and other times. Hoping PCK stays in business because I'm already looking forward to...

Plant Craft Kitchen

I had a really awesome, personalized vegan pizza here, but what really made the experience top notch was the excellent service.

I ordered a personal pizza with an array of toppings. The price was very reasonable, in fact, given the portion size, it was one of the best deals I’ve seen for a vegan pizza in a while. The pizza was cooked just how I like it, chewy on the inside with just a bit of crunch on the crust.

The toppings were fresh and generous with the amounts. I’d describe the pizza as having a mid-thickness (not thin, but not deep dish) and for someone with a big appetite, the pizza was enough to fill me up.

The server was very friendly and made me feel welcome in the restaurant. I learned a little bit about the history of the kitchen and he took the time to ask me about my day. I happen to be wrapping up a cross-country road trip, trying vegan food in different cities, and this meal was one of the best of my voyage.

Thank you for providing a great, vegan dining experience, even if I was only stopping by, briefly,...

Super excited about trying out this new place for lunch. I ordered, paid and was told there were 2 orders ahead of me so it would be about 10 minutes. Its all made fresh and looks delicious so I did not mind waiting; I told the cashier I was going to drop off the dry-cleaning and come right back.

When I came back, no food. The chef asked my name, then pulled my crumpled ticket * out of the trash * and stated he didn’t make my to-go order because he didn't see me. The cashier came around the corner and asked the cook where my order was, and they both jumped in to start the order from scratch. There weren't even any other orders in the queue - so guess Chef-man was in a rush to stare off into space and contemplate the cosmos rather than make food. I can’t…. 🫠

I asked for a refund which they gave without offering an alternative. I won't be back and do not...

I had the truffle Mac & cheese and it was amazing!! They let me add tofu to it as well for some extra protein. You can truly taste the truffle in this very comforting dish. There are a variety of food options on the menu which are all whole food plant based. They use as little oil or no oil in cooking their dishes. This places offers actually healthy food that tastes great and is made in a reasonable amount of time. The owner is very nice as well and is in the kitchen too! I definitely recommend eating here whether you are vegan, plant based, or just want a healthier option! They also have a weekly meal prep that you can order from as well!
