We spent Easter weekend here. This is one amazing hotel. The staff were all very friendly and polite. They always were asking if you needed anything. They texted me each day to make sure my stay was going well. The hotel is extremely clean, which is the main thing I look for. The lobby, eating area, halls, elevators, and the room we stayed in were all clean and smelled so nice. The bed was very comfortable, I wanted to take it home with me. I always check the mattress first thing when I get to a hotel. This hotel has the mattress zipped in a cover, so bed bugs can't get in it. I always take my own pillow because hotel pillows aren't comfortable. These pillows were not too bad. The bathroom had lotion, soap, and mouth wash at the sink. There was shampoo, rinse, and body wash in the shower, plus the shower had glass doors instead of a curtain, which usually gets water on the floor. The shower had great water pressure. The floors in the room were tile, in place of carpet, which is one thing I really like. The lights by the bed and couch, which also folded out into a bed, had small reading lights attached to them. The window had a blind that you could pull down to block out any light at night. There's are plugins along with two usb plugs for cell phone chargers, etc by each side of the bed and an alarm clock. There is a nice size swimming pool at this hotel. We didn’t have time to try it out on this trip Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, biscuits and gray, cereal, bagels, fruit, coffee, both regular and decaf, flavored creamer, juices. They have snacks for you in the evening, but we were not there at that time. Coffee is available 24 hours. You are welcome to get fresh fruit, lemonade, and fountain drinks at anytime free to quests. The slipped a thank you card under our door on the last night. I thought this was nice and shows they appreciate the guests. l'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice, quiet, friendly, and extremely clean place to stay. It is also in a nice area with plenty of places to eat and stores to shop at. We plan to stay here next time we are...
Read moreThis was a poor experience and I have stayed at hotels all over the world. Upon entry, the TV was on in our room, which we thought odd. Maids must've used that room to rest. We got the suite and paid extra. The room stayed hot all night long. The air was set to 66 which never came on for more than 30 seconds, literally, so it was more than uncomfortable. The beds, while they looked nice, were hard. There were many teens there so until about midnight, there was stomping all above us from them running around our whatever it was they were doing. On our floor, 2 doors down, they were yelling in the halls going in and out of their rooms and down our hall. While they were nice enough when I mentioned people were trying to sleep, they didn't stop until much later. Fortunately, my son who was asleep couldn't hear much of this because he wears hearing aids and they were out for the night. But we could. At 5:50 am we woke to what sounded like a loud dripping noise. Maybe from a shower or toilet on the floor above, or maybe it was a basketball being dribbled. Whichever, it kept us awake for another 45 minutes, the suddenly stopped. Morning comes and my husband says theirs no hot water coming from the sink faucet. He was trying to shave. I then also discovered no hot water in the shower. Not even luke warm, so I took a very cold shower. Upon checkout, I mentioned some of this to the clerk who didn't seem very surprised or apologetic. I proceeded to pay the overpriced fee of $240! I asked for a receipt which she refused to give me because I had booked throb Booking.com. I told her I use Booking.com all over and have never been denied an invoice. She said Have a nice day. Upon reviewing my Booking.com reservation, it states only the hotel can provide an invoice. If it's the hotel that took my credit card, not booking.com. Somewhere you guys have a communication problem. You should probably also hire someone who gives a whip about their customers. Deeply disappointed. And I'd like that detailed invoice please. This was supposed to be a suite, and there wasn't even hot...
Read moreThe room is clean, the amenities, in the free-for-all snacks was great the location is good, the day I checked in the young girl who checked me in and you can roll back your tapes was very rude this why I cannot give you 10, my company booked me at your hotel and she asked for my card for incidentals I explained to her that my card was going through a process and I would have to pay for the incidentals on the next day which would have been March the 11th, she looked at me with a smart and said I'm sorry but then you could not check in, it's funny so I called my company she spoke with a white woman on the other end of the phone and said it was okay for her to send the paperwork for that same March the 11th then I was telling her that I could use my debit card then she refused to let me use but it was okay for a white woman to authorize it over the phone that pissed me off then I asked how much is the deposit for pet, she told me this hotel does not allow pets I said where you have to allow him because he is my service dog she said no I said we're not ask before I made any accommodation your reservation line and someone from this hotel told me yes the service dog could come she told me no and she had a very smart look on her face with a attitude. I don't recommend this place to those people who have pets it's not a very friendly atmosphere so no you don't get 10 Stars you can get a one star maybe half a star for me. As nice as the rest of the staff was in the amenities was available at any time the rudeness in the arrogant of your female staff killed it, bad...
