Mattress Firm Plaza at Sunset Hills — Hotel in Sunset Hills

I do not typically leave reviews, good or bad because im so busy on other things. But my experience with Joshua was so bad that I am compelled to make time for this one. Joshua has no buisness claiming to be a manager and needs more training. I went to him with a problem and instead of saying. Were sorry, lets fix this ! He went in the opposite direction with me and said, you must have made a mistake. See here its in writing on the delivery date. Every word out of his mouth was acusitory condinsending and combative. Such as " boy you must really have it bad if your so upset " each word he said was purposely to make me more upset instead of making me feel like he cared about simply resolving the issue. It all started a few days before. I went in and was greeted by a woman. I won't mention her name here. She sold me a mattress and said to me that the mattress was not in stock but that I could go to there warehouse in earth city and pick it up directly. I didn't have time that day so I went a couple days later. When I got to the warehouse there was nobody around. It was a dark , gloomy place and no friendly faces anywhere to greet me. Eventually, after walking around this big , dark warehouse , I was scolded and told to go back to the front door which I did. Long story short a man eventually came over, no hello , no greeting, just a dirty look! I took initiative and explained why i was there. He just walked away with my papers and came back about ten minutes later pointing to a delivery date on my paperwork for two days later. The process took about 20 minutes. So I went back to the sunset hills location. That is when things turned bad ! Joshua was the person in the store. I politely walked in and asked for the store manager. Joshua stated, that's me today. So I explained my situation. His response was very quickly that I must have made a mistake and that the paperwork stated a delivery date for two days later. I explained to him that I was told to go to the warehouse and pick it up that day! Things just contined to get worse with...

We purchased our new mattress on 5/31 and the whole process was a breeze. Joshua answered all my questions and showed me exactly what I had asked for in my price range and options similar to what I was leaning towards for online models. First few nights were great then I realized our box spring needed to be replaced as well, went right back and once again Joshua knew exactly what we were looking for and got everything taken care of for us. We’ve had the bed and boxspring now for about two months and so far so good , best sleep we’ve had in while. The entire process from trying out mattresses, comparing to online options, going over our budget and possible discounts, finance options (which we personally did not chose) , purchasing, coming back for a boxSpring, delivery of both each time and removal of old mattress was way better than I could have imagined. We will certainly be coming back whenever we move into a bigger home and want to upgrade.

Went in looking for a new mattress that both myself and my fiancé could agree on and 2 months later are thrilled we went into this store! Faris was extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I usually hate shopping for big ticket items like this because of pushy sales people, but Faris was far from it. He answered all of our questions truthfully and fairly and helped us find the best one FOR US!!! He even explained the importance of versatility in the mattress for myself and my fiancé based on our preferred sleep positions. We even fell in love with a mattress topper and have our eyes on some of the sheets in the future. Hopefully we will not need to go back soon, but will definitely be coming back next...
