My background: I had Xtreme Lash Extensions for 2 years when my existing stylist relocated out of state. I am particular about my lashes and was nervous to try another stylist. I only wanted Xtreme Lashes because their lashes are fabulous, quality is exceptional and their stylist’s adhere to continuous in-depth education and caliber of training. I researched the Xtreme web site for St. Louis area stylists. I emailed Autumn LaTour of STL Makeup & Lash Studio immediately upon reading her credentials as an Advanced Certified Stylish. Autumn returned my call within the hour. We spoke 30-45 minutes. Autumn was highly educated on Xtreme products, was patient with my questions, extremely professional and comforting and explained her process applying extensions is personalized based on the condition and length of original lashes or in my case my existing extensions. I wanted a professional like Autumn and booked an immediate appointment. That was 4 years ago, and I continue to see Autumn every two weeks for lash fills.

Autumn provides exemplary service for clients. She has exquisite skills as an Advanced Certified Lash Stylish and sincerely cares about each client’s needs. Because Autumn does such a great job, appointment times book fast. With that said, we pre book my appointments and she manages scheduling with ease always being respectful of my time and accommodating. Also love that the day before she text to give a reminder for your appointment.

I came to Autumn after I had an AWFUL experience with another " eyelash" stylist. The set I had put on by the other stylist were hurting my eyes, they were so long, heavy and for lack of a better word they felt crunchy, they felt awful. I spoke with Autumn and she immediately got me in, she explained that the Xtreme Lashes had been applied incorrectly ( the length and weight was too much ) and that to save my own eyelashes she would have to remove the set that was on and give my eyelashes some time to in essence heal. When I got home from having them removed my son commented that my eyelashes looked a lot better, I told him she removed them and he said " I know, that's why they look so much better". I went back to see her two weeks later and she applied a full set. It was a WORLD of difference, they looked and most importantly felt so natural. I have been seeing her on a regular basis for the last 7 months and I can't imagine not continuing. Not only is she an amazing stylist but she brings a level of professionalism and humanity to the business that is unheard of. I have been seeing Autumn at STLMakeup & Lash Studio for over a year – and I don't think I'll ever stop! I was a little wary beginning the process of lash extensions, but my best friends' lashes looked so incredibly real and amazing I had to try it. I get comments all the time; people ask "how do I get my lashes to grow so well, they look so perfect", they'll ask what mascara I'm using, and are impressed when I say, " None, they're extensions!". Now that's not to say that the Xtreme mascara isn't perfect when you want to glam it up a bit, but Autumn's talent is perfect without. Her work is precise, and the amazing quality compared to what I've seen on other girls DOES NOT COMPARE. While Autumn is very professional, going to see her is like visiting a friend.
