After the renovation, the dining area was roughly cut in half and feels cramped comparatively. In the days before Covid, they had a system where they would check on everyone dining in by going around and collecting your order plastic tower things they handed you. Now, you can order at your table via an app and have the food delivered to your table by its number. But I don't feel like there is the same follow-up service check as they had in the past. The popularity of the drive-through has soared so high that the extra space in the renovation serves this customer base. Now, to park and dine in, you have to take your life into your hands twice to get in and get out of the building even if you use the crosswalks. Many drivers will not even notice you are in them. For this, I advise the mall Chick-fil-a over the stand alone. I have even still experienced exceptional follow-up service at the mall. Folks offering refills, etc. They still have the extremely great service I grew up with and learned to expect. Due to the popularity of their food, the drive-through customer has reigned Supreme. Dine-in folks tread carefully, or it may be your last visit. Drive-through customers, please pay more attention to folks walking in. Note that this drive through issue impacts every popular food location that has a wrap around path but Culver's wrap around approach seems to have solved for dine in customer access safety by directing the pick up orders around the outside perimeter of the dine in access path. You can still park inside this perimeter and avoid the drive-through traffic. Chick-fil-a puts the drive through traffic so close to the entrance that they place a fence right outside the doors to block people walking right into the path of oncoming traffic. You effectively can't even open the door for others. The safety threat to their dine in customers IMHO violates some of their moral and ethical high standards of customer care that helped them stand out above their...
Read moreWe eat here AT LEAST every Monday for lunch. We absolutely love the chicken nuggets. We get two 12 piece chicken nuggets, just the nuggets. The waffle fries are great but we like to fill up on the fabulous chicken with the dipping sauce. So we get 3 original 🐥 FIL A sauces, 3 Polynesian sauces and 3 honey packets. I eat my chicken nuggets with the original sauce with honey on top and OMG melt in your mouth amazement!!! I buy this sauce at Schnucks (we also get the Polynesian sauce!) and a bottle of honey and eat it with ally chicken now whether it's home-made or KFC. My husband loves the Polynesian sauce. Most Mondays we also get their brownie. It is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!! They are baked with chocolate chunks and we eat half in the car (we can't wait until we get home to eat!) and then later that night I warm up the other half and have it for snack before bed. So now you know the food is great, let me tell you real quick about the customer service. If you decide to go inside to order there may be a little bit of a line depending on the time you go. The employees at every location we've been to are always so polite and kind. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. Once you've ordered, it's no more than a few minutes and you get your food and it's hot and fresh. Now, when you go through the drive thru, again depending on the time of day, you have someone come up to your car to take your order AND pay them before you ever get to the window to pick up your food, 🤣 up brings your bag to your car and you leave. I couldn't believe it the first time we went through the drive thru. The line was sooo long. I didn't want to wait but my husband insisted so I decided to time how long it took and we were pulling out after 5 mins 4 seconds. AMAZING! So the people and employees are great and the food is great. They are closed on Sunday which I also love so stop by if you haven't. I promise you won't be...

I went through the drive-thru to place my order and was in lane 2. Lane 1 had 4 to 5 cashiers available. I was the first car in lane 2, and all the cashiers were in lane 1 taking orders. Despite having several cars behind me, no one came to take my order for almost 15 minutes. Cars started pulling off or moving over into lane 1. Both signs indicated that lanes 1 and 2 were open.
I made eye contact with several cashiers while my window was down, but no one came over. Finally, Joey came and asked if anyone had taken my order. It was clear he knew that no one had, as he had been in lane 1 with everyone else taking orders while lane 2 became congested. I gave him my order and asked who the manager was today. He said there were several managers and he wasn’t sure of their names. I told him that was okay and that I would call the number on Google. After my order was taken, every cashier in lane 1 came over to lane 2.
I actually knew one of the managers because I am a frequent customer at this location. The manager handed me my food and I explained what had happened. He apologized and assured me he would address the situation.
I am very disappointed in the service I received and hope the staff receives training on diversity and that it is implemented daily.
7/24/222 I've had to call about my order several times. I almost never get what I ordered. I call and the manager tells me they will send me something in the mail for the inconvenience but never got it. Today same issue order 12ct meal large and get back to work and I have a box of uncooked chicken strips and waffle fries hard like...
