I am seriously disappointed. No problems until last two times trying to get dinner for my family - the WORST Costumer Services I have ever experienced. Got my order wrong the first time, went to get what I'd already paid for just to find out they would have to make new pizzas to correct, frustrated they didn't seem to care about extra time or that they made it wrong. Then this time, went to pick up order and they didn't make one of the pizzas I ordered, again didn't show any care about inconvenience, offered let me wait while they make it and were going to charge me for their error, oh but wait, they did offer me a free 2 liter of soda. Seriously, a $1.00 soda is not going to make up for any of this. Didnt even apologize either time. I'm done. Wish I could give less than one star for zero customer service.

Everything seems under control and food safe but I seen some beat up knuckles on that cold table putting pizzas together. If I can see wounds and sores and bruises on your hands from the front. Then throw on some gloves for your shift today. Boys will be boys but cmon swapping blood born pathogens ain’t cool. Lucky ole boy was on the cold side so anything will get cooked off but still. Read moreThis place refuses to refund the portion of my bill for food that was delivered inedible/missing altogether. I've spent a lot of money here over the years so I'm not sure why they would rather lose a customer than refund my money or give me a credit for next time. The only thing they could do was offer me a credit for less than half of the price of the inedible/missing food? I'm not asking for my whole bill comped, just what they screwed up on.
