Not happy with this location in superior, I was going here everyday getting the same drink without any issues, personally I like iced breve’s but Dunkin’ does not have them on their menus, so I normally order an iced caramel macchiato or an iced latte and switch out the milk for cream to make it into a breve. Personally I just don’t care for milk in my coffee, I went to this location twice this week the they refused to make it because it was not possible to ring up, and I didn’t have time to sit there going back and forth, so I went in the next day hoping someone different was there that would make it. Nope, same thing I went on to tell them I do not like milk in my coffee I’d rather have cream, they proceeded to tell me I can use almond milk or oat milk instead, again I said no I’d really just like cream that’s how I’ve always gotten it here before, well now they say it’s not something they have on the menu so that can not make it for me. Well nether is a hot black coffee with two sugars and one Splenda but you would still make that custom for someone………When I’m paying 8 dollars for a medium coffee I feel you should make it the way I like, also I can walk into caribou or Starbucks and ask for the same thing with no hesitation, or you can walk into any food service and customize pizza, sandwiches, salads etc. that’s how coffee and food...

LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone through the drive thru, WRONG ORDER EVERY TIME.
the people working the drive thru are trying to do 60 things at once, and not one of those things is trying to get my order correct.

03/24/19, 4pm, i ordered a mocha ice latte. i get my order, there's no flavor in it at all, just coffee and milk, apparently.
I've tried to give this place a chance; I've complained to the manager many times, nothing helps. I'll submit a complaint to corporate that they really need to train their employees better, it's obviously an issue with high turnover, not properly training employees.
I can't even tell you how many different employees I have seen there, but they must not last long there, because there's always someone new and they are always screwing up my order.
I'm done with this place, I will gladly drive to MINNESOTA, to go to a different place, to get coffee from now on.

Read moreThis isn't this first time I've had an issue here, pulled in the drive thru and ordered 2 vanilla iced coffees, one with cream and sugar and one with just creame, and a mocha iced coffee. The lady taking the order started with a "what do you want" not even a hi thanks for stopping. She then initially took the order as 2 carmal iced coffee's. I corrected her saying they were supposed to be vanilla and she said "oh you want vanilla in those" I said yes both if them. She then said "ok pull around to the window" without giving me a total, that happens regular here. Get to the window and I think a manager or some higher up lady was there, she had a to go order ready to give me which wasn't mine so I told her my order. I get it and it was 2 carmel iced coffee's and not vanilla. So I tell the lady and she reads my order back, the order taker never changed it to vanilla.
