Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Surfside Beach

I wish I could give less then one star on my experience today. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dominos in both quality of food and customer service! This occurred on 07/02/21 at approximately 10:10 pm. I picked up my pizza at this location all seeming well. But upon inspection of my pizza I found this (photos attached below) as you can see the pizza is completely covered in a pool of grease. I returned to the store and asked why it was so greasy and the manager rudely said “well that’s what you get when you order Brooklyn style” she then rolled her eyes at me and just walked off to the back. The boy working the counter was apologetic and offered me some napkins to try to soak the pool of grease up with. I walked outside and tried but the entire pizza was too saturated to be fixed. I returned inside and politely asked for a refund because it was inedible. The boy said it would be no problem, and just needed a managed approval. When he asked for her to come and approve it she just rolled her eyes when she seen me and said “ now what’s the problem” and I told her the pizza is way greasy for me to serve it to my family. She said “well your going to have to wait” after 2-4 minutes she came over and authorized the refund. I attempted to speak to her and she intentionally ignored me. After she finished what she had to do I said “thank you very much man, and sorry for the trouble” she then just rolled her eyes at me and walked off to the back. I hope someone in upper management sees this and is able to give this woman some training on customer service. Her behavior toward me and the staff under her was just sad. I truly hope she looses her bad attitude as it affects everyone...

First off I ordered on the phone and they got my order all wrong then when I had to go back to the store to get the rest of my order I walked inside and then stood there at the counter for at least 10 minutes if not longer until anybody would say anything to me. As I was standing there waiting for anybody to anolage that I was there one of the workers just continued to wipe down the back area without a single word and then two other employees just started to clean as well. Then the phone starts to ring for a good two minutes and finally the first boy I mentioned decide to walk right up to the counter to where I was standing look at me and just answer the phone still without saying one word to me. At this point I'm getting really aggrevated nobody has said a single word to me and then finally a forth employee comes from the back to finally take my name and hand me me my order that I should have had the first time. I definitely dont recommend this place because of such poor customer service and I love to get my pizzas from here because I live so close to here. Hopefully you guys can do better for...

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My family and I are in town on vacation and got pizza for dinner, we ordered a total of six pizzas. One of our pizzas had the wrong toppings we called the store had us on wait for 10 minutes to be put on with the manager. The Manager Lindsay was so rude and disgusting towards me and my sister in law on the phone. She kept asking what was wrong with the pizza and we told her we got the wrong pizza and she’s like what’s wrong with it and proceeded to keep repeating to her we got the wrong toppings on it. She didn’t even apologize for the mistake. She just hung up the phone when we told her that we don’t eat sausage. We went to the store to get the pizza we ordered. She belittled her employee in front of us, super rude and unprofessional. She dropped our receipt on the floor and put it on the slip of the pizza box inside! I told her to not do that because that touched floor and it’s cross contamination and she responded with it’s not. Don’t Buy Pizza from this location save your...
