Booty's Wings Burgers & Beer — Restaurant in Surprise

I'm all for supporting local businesses at this time, but if customer service isn't good... I'm sorry but I won't be coming back. Decided to give this place a try, called for a Togo order at 7:45pm and was told that my order would be ready in 15min. I decided to give a little more time just in case. Called back at 8:17to check on the status and was told that the kitchen had some issues so my order would be ready in 5 min. Due to the current circumstances with COVID, I understand that some business are swamped so approximate times may not be accurate. Its okay to tell customers that times may be inaccurate or that wait times can be up to an hour. Had I been told that, I would have held off today to visit this place and probably come by another time that isn't so busy. Just be honest. I Called again at 8:30 and was told that the order was done and was getting bagged for me. I Walked into the restaurant at 8:35 and had to wait for a server to at least acknowledge me for my Togo order (clear sign at the front that says togo orders need to wait outside). How am I even supposed to be acknowledged that I'm here for my Togo order if you don't even acknowledge me while inside? At this point, I'm ready to just walk out and forget about my order. Personally... the reason why I requested a Togo order was to avoid coming into crowded place. But as a previous reviewer stated, there are various people coming in and out without face masks. Each to the their own, but for me... that puts me in a VERY uncomfortable Situation to have to wait for my order inside. Thus the Togo option! Finally someone comes up and has my check ready upfront. Shame on me for not asking for the 3rd time just to confirm if the order is ready. Stupidly, I gave my card for the transaction. When the sever came back with my merchant copy to sign, I was dumbfounded when i was told that they are going to check on my order. Seriously!? Excuse my ignorance... but one someone tells me that my order is getting bagged, I would assume it means it's ready. After waiting for another 10min my order was FINALLY ready. My 15min order turned into a little over an hour. I seriously would love to come back and give my support, but customer service really needs to...

We have been visiting Booty's from day one and I cannot believe the way we were treated tonight. In the beginning there were mistakes but the food was worth the hour wait times and numerous mistakes. We have been loyal customers to Booty's from day one. We went to Booty's tonight for our family dinner (as we do often). The wings were not very good, almost rubbery, and the fries tasted like they were fried in old oil and had no salt. We chalked it up to a different cook or maybe a product change. When we received our bill we noticed a 18% gratuity charge which has never been charged before. We asked to speak with Andy (owner/manager) about this new charge. The waitress walked over to the bar where Andy was sitting and drinking beer. After a few minutes he came to the table and asked what the issue was. We asked about the gratuity charge that was added to our bill when it had never been charged before. He said it was added to tables with 6 or more people. There were only 5 of us dining and our 5 month old daughter was with us. He stated there were six of us including the baby therefore we had to pay a gratuity. I told him I could not believe they would count a five month old sleeping in her car seat as a 6th person AND this gratuity is new for them BUT never mentioned when we were sat and not mentioned anywhere else. Andy proceeded to argue with us about this gratuity charge feeling he was validated in his argument that the baby was the 6th person. Additionally I asked him if they happened to change the wings they used because they were not that good tonight and he said no they are the same. He said well I just ordered a bunch so I will see. I said well they were real rubbery and greasy not like they usually are and he just stood there and awkwardly stared at us. Eventually he said he would remove the gratuity. After about 10 minutes he came back and said they could not remove the gratuity which was like 11 and some change but the he discounted the bill by $10 and I could leave however much more for the tip. I cannot believe a manager would approach a customer to resolve customer service issue while drinking on the job. NEEDLESS to say I will...

UPDATE 11/17/19: AWESOME AGAIN! Took my fiance in to not only watch his Raiders game, but also to celebrate his 37th birthday. Amazing we got an awesome roll of the dice and were greeted by Red again. When we informed of his birthday she was quick to let us know about the special they provide (which was a free drink altho this may be subject to change, so make sure you call and check ahead of going). Again we watched as the entire staff zoomed around busting their bootys. Wish I could have grabbed the bartender's name. She was on it. Drinks were amazing a we tried four of them. Bootylicious, Jake's Juice, The AO, and Peach Mango Splash (I think). Red did an awesome job picking that Peach drink. My fiance gave her the choice of choosing his birthday drink and man it was not disappointing in the slightest. We also got wings again. Dang their awesome. The Jamaican Me Crazy wings were OMG Hot. My fiance bit off a bit more than he could chew with those. But the flavor was still awesome. You get hit with a sweet, then comes the smoke, and right when you think "ah this ain't too bad" here comes the heat. Very well done. Sonoran Jalapeno was the next and man I ate so many it made my stomach hurt. Red's shift ended and (I believe Heather was her name) picked up where she left off. Asked for a ginger ale with cherry and she brought it 50's diner style. It was great. Thanks Bootys for having an awesome staff and great wings. Til next time.

August 2019: ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Some of the best wings in town and the jalapeno peppers are awesome too (wrapped in bacon come on!). Prices were some of the best I've seen in awhile. Red/Kaylie was our waitress and the girl was on point. Very attentive to all tables she was serving, and was able to answer a variety of questions regarding their menu and items. Food was prepared in a timely manner, however quality was of the upmost where wings are concerned. Also for sports fans... there is a lot going on here. Calendars can be found on the wall for upcoming sporting events being shown. We'll definitely be going back. Thanks Booty's for...
