I order 2 Mcgriddllers, 2 hash brown, and 2 small orange juice and they told me to pull up to the second window. The cashier said 29.98..I paid but order the exact combo before and it wasn't that high. I paid with my card and they didn't give me a receipt. I pulled off and got home and the order was correct but no receipt in the bag or on the side of the bag either. I call back and ask to speak to a manager and a young lady said I can help u. I said, Are u the manager and she said yes. I explain everything and she said it would add up to 30 dollars. I said okay and hang up but something didn't sound right so I call a different McDonald's but in the same area and ask to speak to the manager. I didn't tell her about my experience and just explain if I order 2 combo Mcgriddllers meals with orange juice what's the total with taxes. She said 22. 54..i call a nother store and they said the same but this time i mention what happens and she said u was over charged and it should have never been almost 30 dollars. I call back the location I order from and ask to speak to the manager again and this time this was some one different. I told her we spoken earlier and she said it wasn't her. I ask her what's the prices with taxes and it was totally different what I was told before..she tried to say for a small or mid it's 6 dollars. I never known arizona McDonald's to charge six dollars for a small or Med drink. You can pay that much for a gallon at the grocery store or less. I don't think she was the manager either and everyone was lien because I heard a person in the background said the manager not in yet. She also mention to me I pull up your receipt but we can't give it to u and u can get it. I said huh..she didn't make any sense. I always come to this location because I love right across the street but I willnt anymore unless it online pick up order. I price my order at this location online and it was 18.76. I have experience multiple times waiting for my order inside a hour or longer wait when it was just two or four people and didn't complain and said thank u after. This was the last time I will visti this location after two years of being a customer. I may do online pick up order and that's a big maybe. Know refund offer or anything smh... oh almost forgotten about over these pass years...

Very clean, attendant in very small dining room was helpful to those needing to be seated. (I was take-away.) This are has a lot of retirees so many of the patrons, understandably, like to linger for a bit.
Not unique to this McDonald's, but my oatmeal was (predictably) soup. This happens probably about 50% of the time across the entire Phoenix metropolitan area at various McDonalds. My best guess is they are adding the amount of water that is supposed to be the amount of water + cream.
I timed the absorption, and documented the excess liquid after a good fifteen minutes of steeping. Part of a little project I'm starting regarding the inefficacy of feedback to a major national chain. This is a pretty solvable problem but McDonald's doesn't seem interested in addressing it. They want to know which location did it wrong but they don't seem to understand that all of the locations do.
Clearly, this is a training issue going all the way back to the training department which clearly has not made an easy-to-follow easily understandable quick reference guide to do what is essentially a pretty simple task properly.
At this particular location, because of the approachable demeanor of staff, I'm quite sure I could have had them remake this with no trouble but I wanted to actually document...
Read moreThis morning I placed an order for pick-up at the above stated location at 10:15am. I got there a little after. When i got to the window and provided the order number. They said it was cancelled because it was after 10:30am. They would not provide an explanation and would not honor the order. They would not provide voiding details or reciept as well. I felt the worker was being It very discriminatory and would not help any further. It doesnt state anything online about any orders that were placed for pickup before 10:30am having to be voided at 10:30am. When insisting that this order should be ready, the employee was rude and kept insisting there is nothing she could do even when asking for a manager. I am extreamly upset about the service I recieved and the money for this transaction was not returned to my card. Im hoping my experience will help someone else, especially when ordering from this location. The order being voided after 15 minutes is false information. The order should have been ready for pick-up. Since it wasnt done on their end before their breakfast ended, this is a mistake on their end of the transaction. Better business please it is a contract as any other and it doesnt state nothing about an order being canceled for pick-up because it is after 10:30am. That order should have been ready for pick-up as stated...
