Burger King — Restaurant in Surprise

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I went here on Tuesday and ordered an Impossible Whopper meal, another meal, 2 orders of chicken nuggets and a large fry. The impossible Whopper was burnt so bad I could not eat it. So I went there today (Wednesday) and placed the same order and asked them not to burn the impossible Whopper like they did the previous day. I was ignored until I repeated it for the 3rd or 4th time. When I got got home and checked my order, the impossible Whopper was again burnt and I had to throw it away again. I spent the next 2 hours and 45 minutes trying to call and speak to someone about this and no one would answer the phone. I also called the management company that owns this location and tried 4 different extensions and only got voicemails. This is so disappointing. In a time like we are in right now a business cannot afford bad press however it appears like this business does not care about the consumer at all. I will do my best to make everyone I come in contact with aware of this situation and the deplorable service and cade for the consumer! Do yourself a favor, don't waste your money. Go...

There was a time when Burger King used to be kind of good, but those days are long gone long long gone. Even still back in the day Burger King gives me a fair amount of heartburn thanks to the fake smoke that they add.

Went recently to try the spicy whopper, which was not what I thought it would be. not very spicy, but it had a really strange flavor and I got the onion rings which I always do when I go to Burger King and they tasted really strange too. like bad oil or something. The only other time I’ve been to this Burger King was when they were doing their tacos, which were absolutely terrible. I’m happy to report. They are no longer offering that garbage.

The one thing that I find redeeming at Burger King is a breakfast croissant and tater tots. But I’m afraid to even order that at this location given how dirty it is. The end.

One of the worst dinners I have had in quite a long time. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location, and my last three visits here were all the same! My double cheeseburger was served to me cold. The meat patties tasted old, and the bun was stale. The tacos were also served to me cold, even though I asked for them to be fresh. The lettuce was old & wilted, and there was almost no sauce to be found on them. The French fries were overcooked & old. They looked and tasted like they had been re-fried. The fountain/condiment area was a disaster as usual! Mind you, there were only two other customers in the dining room, and the drive through was closed. This location is currently under renovation, so apparently they only care about their appearance, and not about how bad the quality of food and service is. I definitely won't be back, and next time I'll take my business...
