Starbucks — Restaurant in Surprise

I try my hardest to avoid this particular Starbucks due to the lack of customer service. One particular employee named Shalamar or Salamar. I can’t and will never understand how Starbucks hires such incompetent employees. Starbucks was known for its customer service. It’s a shame that the only Starbucks in this area must be avoided due to a lack of understanding, communication and kindness. I will never go back to this Starbucks inside Albertsons again why because, I ask for change of syrup they charge me 0.80$ and ask for extra shot of espresso usually Starbucks charge 1$ for adding shot, but they location they change me 1.25$ ??????? Not recommended at all at any time mean and aggressive stuff...

I haven't actually been here, but I go to the Albertson's and this Starbucks is located right by the checkout lanes and entrance. I'm mostly rating so Google will stop bugging me to rate it everytime I go to the store. Seems like I fine little coffee nook though. Never seems like there's a long line...
