McDonald's — Restaurant in Surprise

I was just at one of the mcdonalds on loop 303 & wadell surprise az 85388. Order 42 ticket saids #342 at 7:58Am

Well we were done shopping inside walmart we stopped on our way out at Mcdonalds we were the only people in line the lady at the register was holding texting on her phone. She saids one minute (like her phone is more important).. anyways she takes our order my husband was trying to order he asked her a question about prices she was so worried about being on her phone she couldnt even answer our question rude! .. well we order . She goes to make us a ice coffee slams her phone on the counter without washing her hands! Gives me the most stickest ice coffee spilt all over the sides we let that go ... we walk over to the drinks no napkins out to even clean up her mess!! I wait for my food she gives me my bag I asked for extra napkins she said "theres napkins in the bag rude again" I still didnt get any extra napkins. Im attaching the picture here of my ice coffee. I wanted to turn around and ask for my money back but I didnt want to deal with her anymore.after spending $12.46 for this! If someone can please reach out and maybe fix the problem I have never had this bad of experience. she was RUDE & UNHAPPY!! She did not need to be working at that time. This place has gone completely downhill. My Grandson wanted to sit at this McDonald's for our dinner, needless to say at a glance I was disgusted by the filth of the entire dining area. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the soda bar was an absolute sticky drink mess, lids weren't available for large cups and no napkins in either dispenser. We found 1 table that was clean to sit at and watched while other customers had to clean their own tables. When our food was brought to the table our French fries were stale and cold and chicken nuggets tasted like they'd been sitting since lunch. I took the fries back and asked for fresh ones and the server argued that they were just made...I beg to differ! She brought a bag to the table and plopped it down with a mad look on her face. I removed them from the bag and yes they were hot but obviously not fresh, I believe they just added hot ones as they were still stale. Very disappointed at this McDonald's as they get a lot of business being inside of Walmart. Will not return to this particular McDonald's. I would give 0 star but I had to...

Went in there this morning Mexican looking manager looks like hes always rude to workers anyways, instead of my daily routine of stopping by the mcdonalds on reems and green way i stopped into this one because i work across the street at Ford and ordered a hash brown with sausage and cheese, manager said no " i cant do that i can give you the hash brown and everything separate" ive been doing this for years at every mcdonald on the west coast. my job is 100% customer oriented and i do what i have to do to make them happy, dude cant simply throw a damn sausage and cheese on A HASHBROWN. ITS MCDONALDS DUDE!!! IF I ORDER A MCCHICKEN WITH CHEESE ARE YOU GOING TO PUT IT SEPARATE?

ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SOME GOOD WORKERS THERE, MAKE THE YOUNG LADY WITH NICE EYES BECOME THE STORE MANAGER SHES ALWAYS HAPPY AND HAS GREAT CUSTOMER...
