Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Surprise

This place used to be so good, but like many restraunts, they've cut back on their ingredients. I tried to write them to show them that this particular location isn't even putting on a decent amount of ingredients like they show in pictures on the site, I was ignored. Choose another pizza place. This place doesn't care. They don't even put enough cheese to cover their sauce. I did attach a picture after it was baked to show you what I mean, same picture I sent them and they ignored. It's fine, pizza dough is cheap to make, I can bake my own from now on, but this used to be one of our favorites and its sad its turned into the mcdonalds of pizza...

I was recently out of town and went to a papa Murphy’s and got my usual Gourmet Vegetarian pan pizza. I was so disappointed in the amount of toppings!!! It was a lot of crust and sauce but barely covered the surface with the veg. And the workers didn’t seem to really want to be there. Sad story. That is NOT the experience I have at this Bell location!!! I placed an order on the phone at this location & was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived 35 minutes later & they told my daughter she had the wrong location. I was in the car & called, first he said they didn't have the order, then, he said he hadn't put it in yet because 20 minutes hadn't gone by, then he said he had the order & it was ready. I sent her back in & got the oorder but no apology for the mixup. If I hadn't gone with her she would have returned home without anything.
