The burgers taste good. But the prices are a little expensive. The price of a burger at a diner should be like 6.95 for burger and fries. So therefor if it is just a drive through and it is fast food. It should be more like 5.95 for a burger and fries with a drink. That is a comfortable price. However, they charge more than than the price of a burger that you get inside of a diner. The next problem is that assembled there burgers in a sloppy fashion. The should have the meat up against the bread. Directly up against the bread on one side. If they put the ketchup or the mayo between the meat and the bread on one side and they have another sauce on the other side. Then when it comes time to bite into the burger the entire burger slips out of the bun on the other side. Therefor they should put all the sauces and wet stuff on the top side of the sandwich with the meat making direct contact to the bottom of the bun. What these guys are doing is they think they are saving time by squirting the ketchup and mayo and stuff on the bottom of the bun then they put the meat. The result is that during the first bite. Everything inside of the burger goes flying out the other side and it makes a mess. If these guys consider themselves professional burger makers. Then it’s...

Ice cream machine being cleaned. “ If we wait,.. how long will it take? “ — “Pretty long since we’re so busy., sorry.” Hmmm so: -No ice cream at a burger & shake place toward the end of the dinner hour. (Wonder what time they clean the grill,... 6pm? ) Note: most people want desert, after dinner and late within/after the dinner hour. -Cleaning a major component WHILE they’re busy, leaves not enough people to serve customers. ( As we left, over 10 min.s after arriving,...the same cars were still at the drive in window, waiting). Sounds like they are not willing to pay people to do normal maintenance before or after customer hours. But this takes food offline for customers and for those who are still willing to stay,..leaves them short of people making for longer wait times. (I’m not even in the business but can figure this stuff out, so am thinking this location REALLY doesn’t have it together. ) One star cause the guy on the speaker said sorry, but won’t be coming back. Will just keep going 2 blocks down the road to the Cluver’s. ( basically family owned from what I understand, which I like, and they seem to want...
We went to Sonic on Bell Road because my son's school was holding a fund raising event. We arrived at about 5:15 on Wednesday evening, it was not particularly busy when I arrived. We placed an order for 3 cheeseburgers, which because my son has reactions to onions and my wife has a severe allergy to them, we ordered all with no onions. My son had a night class to attend, so we took the order to go. When he began eating his cheeseburger he realized that it had onions on it, so he stopped eating it. After checking mine, it also had onions. My wife's didn't have onions, but we ordered it without mayonnaise, and they put mayonnaise on it. When I returned to the restaurant the next morning Taylor was very helpful, but told me that after talking with the owner, that he was not able to make a refund, but could only give me a credit for a future purchase. With the quality of service that I received I have no future plans to visit this restaurant. He told me that the owner informed him that there is no way of refunding a receipt after the day...
