HFC Pizza — Restaurant in Susquehanna Township

Not sure what is going on now I ordered random ly from this place for years it may not be all the time I like the food everything is usually fine but Just now I got played! I ordered the pizza and wings the number 11 as usual which comes with 1 large pizza with 10 wings and a 2 liter soda I guess the pizza and wings got delivered with a can of soda and it wasn't my choice of soda they didn't even let me know if they didn't have ginger ale they gave me what they wanted and gave me a small can instead of the 2 liter like it's always been on the special and what is displayed on line I called about it but who ever answered said it was only a can but then he hung up on me and refused to answer when I tried to call again I never fussed if things changed I understand but it said what it said on line but he didn't try to make it right I will never order from this place again I will take what I got but I won't order on line or from...

I've only been here once for a pick-up, so take my review with a grain of salt. I ordered online, which was a breeze and allowed for a lot of customization. While I'm not a huge fan of having to sign up with an email to pay, they do have a frequent customer program that gets tied to your email so you can get discounts and $ off after a few purchases.

The two gents running the store were nice. I was a bit early for my pick-up, but they got me my order on time without any trouble. I ordered an XL pepperoni and XL mushroom. Both pizzas are well cooked, have great, toasted crispy crusts, the sauce is good, and the topping amount was solid for the cost. Overall, two great pizzas.

Let's get this out of the way, the food is great. Every time I order I try something different and so far I've loved all of it, BUT I've had a bad experience today that pretty much ruined it for me. I order 2-3 times per month I'd say, but today I ordered a delivery at 12:30 p.m. I live approximately 20 minutes from the store. I used to be a delivery driver myself so I'm familiar with how horribly backed up things can be with customers in all different directions, worst case scenario, etc., but I texted support at nearly 2 o'clock and was only given a 10% discount and notified that the driver would be here in 20 minutes or less.
