Best Pizza in Town! A Must-Try Experience I recently had the pleasure of dining at Naples and I can confidently say it’s the best pizza place I’ve visited in a long time. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff who are eager to make your experience memorable. The pizza here is simply outstanding. The crust is perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce is rich and flavorful, with a hint of sweetness that complements the toppings beautifully. Speaking of toppings, the variety is impressive—whether you’re a fan of classic combinations or more adventurous flavors, there’s something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the Pizza which was loaded with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made each bite a delight. What really sets Naples apart, though, is their commitment to quality. You can tell they use only the freshest ingredients, and everything is made with care. The cheese is gooey and melts perfectly, the meats are flavorful, and the vegetables are crisp and fresh. Every pizza is a work of art. Beyond the food, the service is top-notch. The staff are not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the menu. They’re more than happy to offer recommendations and accommodate special requests, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. The atmosphere is also worth mentioning—cozy and comfortable, it’s the perfect place for a casual meal with family or friends. Whether you’re dining in or taking out from the person making the pizza asking me if I need plates or from the person making the best sub ever or from the girl behind that counter friendly as soon as you walk in I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about this place is definitely the spot.

We’re traveling and going to Hershey park and just got to town. Wanted some pizza, was around 9pm Monday night, new to town. We judged our pizza place by how many people were in the restaurant and were the employees busy. Drove by 3 places, first 2 no one in there and the employees were doing nothing. Naples pizza had 2 people eating and the employees were actually working!!! Glad we stopped!! Pizza was great New York style, sauce was delicious, crust was tasty!!! Great job!! We ordered the margarita pizza and I got a slice of pepperoni (he gave me one slice for free too since it was late).

Barely any meat on this Italian sub. Ordered through Ubereats. I called about it and the lady on the phone was very sweet but the guy in the background who makes the subs seemed a little hostile. If you’re looking for bread and onion with a little meat on the side I would suggest this place! I only ordered from them because south Philly is closed on Sundays. Do better man! Two subs ordered… what a waste

I struggle with giving this even a 2 or 3 star here. I was told they had "to die for" garlic parmesan wings. I was not disappointed. That perfect match of a garlic bite and a bit of salt was begging me to eat all the wings and not share. We shared 12 wings but I could have gobbled them all up myself for sure. Which gets me to the "con" half of this review. We decided to get the white pizza, which ended up being a complete failure. Not only was the pizza not made with care and love... the crust (a freshly baked pizza mind you) ended up being harder than the table I ate it off from. I know I exaggerate but it was almost petrified, clinking off the plate as I showed my dinner mates in an attempt to be funny. When chewing on the crust it was extremely hard and chewy. Which means multiple things here. Which isn't just about the cooking it was how the dough was made and the ingredients used. I get that COVID-19 has caused supply chain issues. But whatever they served it certainly was not good and not pizza. Maybe it would have been good if I were in prison or in a military boarding school. I personally don't think even a public school would serve this and that normally would that be a great day to eat pizza.... AT SCHOOL! Needless to say we ate the wings like it was our last meal on death row. But I have no clue what I would do with that pizza if I knew ahead of time about this experience. Do yourself a favour, order a SLICE. Don't waste a whole large pie to find out you purchased garbage. I use a one star here because a pizza shop is NOT a pizza shop unless they can give you at the very least a edible pizza. So... No pizza here means one star. Change my mind management, otherwise my opinion stays. Horrible dinner and I was so hungry after I snacked on stuff at home. Was a disappointing mid-week takeout experience. Driving to get here was horrendous. Whoever designed the parking lot and roads to get around these shops and restaurants should be fired from that architectural firm. If I find the time I'll try and edit the map directions here on Google maps and Waze. Both apps had last minute changes (saying turn here, or make a U-turn). It'll take a bit but if someone has time from the local area to edit the map this would be a different experience. I posted pictures of the entrance and area to help anyone else trying to get here who isn't familiar with the layout. It would have been a better initial experience if I didn't have to fight traffic to get here. Not that this is the fault of the pizza shop here. But damn, go yell at the retail land management team. Help the businesses here by doing your job better. I mean really, you had one job. Building a decent shopping strip mall. And you failed at that. I know if you're reading this far your thinking this has nothing to do with the pizza place. But in actuality I think it does. It made getting takeout a more complicated experience than it had to be. The land owner should help his tenants. digress but the overall experience here was bad for me. I hope anyone reading this post has a...

I ordered food from here because I had to run an errand near this restaurant and wanted a quick option. I was craving a Stromboli with all the good ooey gooey mozzarella that comes with the classic Italian meats. They. Put. American! Cheese! On. It. Why? The horror! They also ruined a basic cheesesteak sub with overly dried out meat which barely had any actual meat on it to begin with, but to have it be dried out & nearly burnt crumbles made it so much worse. In turn, my Italian sub was soaking wet and somehow flavorless. I have never in my life been served a sub so drenched in… I do not even know what it was!… because there wasn't any oil or vinegar on the sandwich; I asked for mayo. The bread was a disgusting sopping mess. Also, when I placed my order, I asked for two separate bolis and my coworker even called-in & paid for his separately (one would think this clarifies it’s a separate order) but this superstar staff felt it appropriate to put them in the same box. Ok, no biggie - but when I politely asked them to separate them, the hostess (immediately after using her phone to tally my order total) took her bare hands, without washing them, and grabbed one of my boli and put it in another box. So we really need to be reminding food service workers of the law? I gently reminded her that fresh food is to be handled with gloves, and left quickly because I was so grossed out by the unsanitary conditions of the establishment. Never. Again. The food, service and cleanliness of this restaurant reflects the level of respect they have for their patrons. If you value your $$$ and your health, just...
