I normally don't rate businesses, but I had terrible customer service today, 6/3/25! I had to wait 25 min to get my order! When there was only one customer ahead of me! He got his order and before the man started to prepare my order! I believe an inspector came in, and he didn't apologize but started working with the inspector! At that point, I had been waiting 15 min! The inspector told him to prepare out order since we were there 1st! Then a couple came in, and a women worker came from the back and immediately made their order! Where they had to wait less than 5 min! Absolutely ❤️ this place. I drive an hour (1 way) just to go to Gong Cha. Not only is the product amazing but the staff, owner, and cleanliness of the store exceeding all expectations you have when visiting an establishment. The staff take the time to explain the drink options, there are a large variety, they recommend drinks based on what you like, they even customize to make sure you’re happy.
