"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unhelpful.I placed an to go order online. I go in and give the host (ALEX) my name for my order. She goes to the back and then comes saying that, they are working on my order and it would be out soon. I'm waiting in my car for about 15 mins until I get a call saying we're outside with your order but you're not here. I said that I'm right here in spot number one and the lady said I don't see you. I ask her what store was this and she gave me the store info. Come to find out, for whatever reason the system switched the order to the store nearest to my house, in which I was 30 mins away from at the time. I go back in to talk to ALEX to see if the order can just be switched over since it's the same business. ALEX goes to get her manager in which took her 5 minutes to come. The manager MELANIE asked me what happened. I explained to her what possibly happened with the system that cause my order to be sent to the wrong location. After explaining to MELANIE she says well you'll have to reach back out to that location for a refund and order the meal again and PAY AGAIN. I asked could it just be switch over. MELANIE was basically non chalanat and said I call call them to get your refund. I told her If I had known my order was at the wrong store 20 mins I would have maybe paid for the order again but due to ALEX not giving me the correct information and having me waiting 20 plus mins to find out my order was not there as a courtesy she should comp the order. MELANIE Asaid no we are not going to do that. I think as a manager MALANIE could have handled the situation alot better than she did and showed more compassion for their CUSTOMER. MELANIE should not be in a manager postion especially if she's going to be dealing with customers. She does not have any customer service skills. š I had to end up going back to work from my lunch without any food because I spent my entire 30 minutes there for nothing....

When addressed it and asked for manager. I respectfully explained what was advised and I'm assuming I wasn't the right "shade" to receive the courtesy of his professionalism. he advised would cost more and I respectfully declined since was service failure on their part prompting the misunderstanding. The next comment was vehemently stated "I'm NOT going to argue with you..."It's whatever" I'll just add more to it but it's not going to be much. My reply was I would hope since you are the manager, that you wouldn't choose to argue with a customer but attempt to diffuse any potential escalation and minimize service failures for what should be your ultimate goal of a overall better customer experience. It was not the issue of paying because I ordered even more sides. However, his passive aggressive tone and approach was extremely unbecoming and my family or I that live less than 2 miles up the street will not grace this location with our presence ever again. The price is extreme for the portions allocated. And I get the cutbacks are impacting everyone but shouldn't be that egregious. For what I spent..I can drive to ANNA'S BBQ IN Atlanta off Hosea Williams and get way better food and excellent service and if there has been any problem which is very rare you can tell them and they fix it with a smile just like chick FIL la and I'll end up paying $40 less than the $96 in paid today for mediocre chain BBQ and sub par hospitality and professional courtesy.

I called before I got there to make sure they had the items we wanted to order because my girlfriend doesnāt eat pork so I just wanted to make sure they had chicken⦠they had what we wanted so we came in to order⦠we ordered and when we got our food, of course we pulled the containers out and the chicken on her plate looked like half of a serving but the kicker is, she ordered double chicken⦠I asked the young ladies at the takeout counter if that was considered double and they said it was⦠so I proceeded to ask for the manager⦠she greeted me and was very nice and also told me that in fact it was not double serving⦠she went to the kitchen and did rectify the situation⦠coolā¦
We get the food home and I was just extremely disappointed!!! There was NOOOOOOOOOO seasoning at all on the ābbq corn on the cobā they didnāt even attempt to put the bbq seasoning on it⦠the beans were ok⦠the baked potato was good⦠the chicken didnāt even look like it was pulled at all⦠just cut up and put in the container⦠it was dry and unseasoned!!
I got the spare ribs but the ribs were over cooked and was just rubbery š¤¦š¾āāļøš¤¦š¾āāļøš¤¦š¾āāļøš¤¦š¾āāļø
The bbq sauce, both of the ones I was given, one brown and one white tasted like vinegar with a little seasoning 𤢠but I just used the bbq I had in my fridgeā¦
