Mama's Crawfish N Wings — Restaurant in Suwanee

I decided to give this place a shot yesterday and ordered the fried combo with an upgrade to catfish, which came with shrimp, chicken tenders, fries, hush puppies, and supposedly coleslaw (though I never saw any of it). Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing.

The food, at best, felt like something you’d find at one of those run-of-the-mill wings and hibachi joints. The chicken tenders were dry and almost undercooked, which was pretty unappetizing. The catfish? Let’s just say, I’ve had better fish at fast-food spots. It was bland and lacked any seasoning or flavor that would make it worth the upgrade. I honestly would’ve preferred going to my usual Asian wing spot for their fish—they at least know how to do it right!

Atmosphere-wise, walking in was pleasant. The place had a nice vibe. But, I ordered takeout, and it was nowhere near worth the $27 I spent. I had higher hopes for the meal based on the price, but it just didn’t deliver. Definitely not the value or quality I...

The food here is great and the service from the guy working/servering there is amazing . The only issue with this restaurant is the female cashier/waiter. I think her name is Gina? the korean female waitress had an attitude when we asked for more raddish and cocktail sauce and told us that it was expensive and to finish our left over before asking for more? We asked for more because we had finished 90% of the sauce in the tiny container and couldn't get the rest from the little crevice... I was scared to ask for more gloves, lemons, and sauce because of her which is so bad for customers like me. The young guy working there was the saving grace of the night and gave us more sauce and lemons when I asked and was super nice. If I could have given this place 10 Stars I definitely would have!! The atmosphere and ambience was amazing. The staff was amazing. I think my daughter and I had possibly met the owner or store manager. He was very very nice and welcoming as well. My daughter and I had a very bad day in that town that day. We were out of town for a track meet that weekend. We had some issues at our hotel the Red Roof Inn next door! DON'T STAY THERE!!! The staff at Mama's crawfish where the nicest people we had ran into in that town that day. I did not mind spending the $80 on the seafood meals that me and my daughter ordered. Everything was Chef's kiss 💋!! We will definitely be returning just to come and eat at this location. I pray nothing but prosperity and abundance over this business and...
