Smoothie King — Restaurant in Suwanee

The best store in the area, period! I work near the Mall of Ga location and live by a Norcross location. In recent years they both have begun to decline in quality and customer service. Product is either sour or the smoothies are watery/grainy. I got a weird craving for a Green Tea Tango, so on my way home Friday (8/23/19) I stopped by the suwanee location, figured why not try one last time. They blew me away! First thing, I noticed how clean the store looked but also smelled clean. Ainsley rang up my order and when I had trouble remembering the name of my drink she knew exactly what I needed and she was so sweet. Mariah mixed my smoothie and was so pleasant. I got to the car, I took a sip and wow! The mix was smooth, matcha can get grainy but she made it like silk. The flavor combo was so great, no old mangos or sour yogurt. I frequented this Smoothie King twice last week after not going for months (due to a low health food score) and I had great service. This time, not so much. I walked in and Joia was apparently ready to go home. It was 8:40pm. There was no acknowledgment when I walked in and that isn’t that important, but when she finally acknowledged me as I stood waiting at the register (I was the only customer in there), she seemed bothered as she finally asked what could she get me. She was annoyed that I asked her to put on gloves and when she commenced to use those gloves on the register, I asked her to change again. And if looks could kill! ‼️Announcement folks in the food industry. The gloves are to protect us not you. They are not for scratching your head, wiping your sweat, scratching your butt, or using the cash register, etc.‼️ If you don’t want to work, please stay home. I have not been in Smoothie King for a while. This trip I came in looking for a specific drink item that is supposed to be on the kids menu but it was not on the menu. So I asked the woman if she remembered the drink that I was looking for, and as luck would have it she had been working there long enough to recall the drink. It's a drink called the "berry interesting" it's a kids drink but I always have them make it in a bigger cup for me because I'm not a kid.
