Dunkin' — Restaurant in Swatara Township

For the last 2 years, I have been frequenting this location on Paxton St in Harrisburg. I order THE EXACT same thing around the same time, each time. I do not pay attention to the screen most times to make sure my order is right(that's my fault) but some times I catch it and its adjusted to what I ordered. About a month ago I ordered my usual, large caramel iced coffee to my liking and witnessed the manager and another worker pour coffee in the caramel jug, swish it around and pour it in my cup. I was in a rush that morning and running late for work so I excused it not thinking it would make a big difference. I was extremely wrong! It was so sweet, I could not even drink it. I called in to complain and was promised a free coffee which I never redeemed. Today, when I went I asked the guy who normally takes my order if he was the manager and he was. I proceeded to tell him that 8 times out of 10, when he takes my order its wrong, despite me ordering the same exact thing 3-4 times a week and him being the one to always take my order. He was not apologetic at all. He just stared at me while turning beet red in the face, smirking and asked me what size coffee I wanted as I started to tell him my order. My coffee has literally been wrong 15+ times in the last 5 months alone and I have only complained once prior to today because I should have been paying attention but I expected him to be a little more empathetic than he was. It was very busy! They didn't have alot of room to comfortably walk around. The way its set up is horrible. As soon as you walk in the door that's where the line is formed to order. Because it was so busy it was hard just to walk thru the door. Also, there was a group of men just hanging out, drinking coffee & talking, instead of them sitting at a table that seats four, each of them sat at a table that seats two and only had one man sitting at each table. So they took up four tables. Because of that there were only 3 tables left plus then high bar, which the high bar as absolutely disgusting. It had crumbs and sugar, & spilt creamer/coffee all over it. The table I sat at was very dirty as well. I had to clean it myself which was a mission all in itself because of how many people were crammed in such a little space. You had moms with kids running around. Which I don't know how they had the room. The moms let them do what they wanted.. I had trouble getting to the stand where the napkins, straws and sugar were. Nobody would scoot over, even when I said excuse me. The coffee was delicious! That's about the only good thing out of my entire experience. It was so damn loud in there. Everyone was trying to talk over everyone else. I could not even hear my total when the man was standing right across from me. I swear I knew more about them strangers and their daily drama, than I did about my total. If I was working there I would have been so embarrassed. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but my experience here was absolutely horrible. I go out of my way to go to this location because it is usually better than the other two near me, but today was awful. The girl at the register was struggling and all of her coworkers were ignoring her and giving her attitude when she needed help. It was very busy, and I understand things can get hectic especially these days with being understaffed but the staff was so rude to so many customers. I waited almost half an hour for my food and saw many people who ordered after me leave with their food, so I asked about the status of my order (which I usually never do but it was for my dad for Father’s Day and I was starting to think they forgot about my food), when I did so I got an eyeroll and after the guy finally made and gave me my order, he yelled at all the customers waiting “you guys better listen up because I’ve been calling these orders so pay attention”. I was standing right there. There is no way they called my order seeing as they just made it after I had to say something about it. I wouldn’t usually mind waiting but the fact that the whole staff was so rude to me and countless others for simply asking about my order made me really upset. I won’t be...
