Burger King — Restaurant in Swatara Township

Worst and most unclean Burger King I have EVER been to. We watched the cook sneeze into his HANDS and then go back to working. We told the cashier, who said something to the cook, only for the cook to start yelling and cursing about how he doesn't want to hear it. The cook then pulls out his phone with his gloves hands, texts for a bit, puts his phone back in his pocket, and keeps making food with the same gloves. They didn't give us straws through the drive thru so my friend had to go in and wait 10 minutes before someone looked at him without immediately walking away without even asking what he needed. In this 10 minutes he was looking around a noticing everything else about the restaurant aka sticky floors in lobby, mess on quite literally everything, and the stench of never changed frier oil. In all my years working fast food, this is the worst one so far. We didn't even eat our food because we were so scared to get sick. I did the survey and never got reached out to about all the issues either. I still have my original receipt and the cook was a late 20s man with earrings just in case someone actually wants to handle this complete disappointment of...

On 8/25/18 around 3:38pm, I paid cash for an ice cream cone and was waiting inside for it because the drive through line was backed up. I was the only one waiting at the time then another customer came in and (one of the customer service female reps) at Burger King knew him). He ordered his food also but after me. As it turns out the customer service female who knew the guy gave him his order before me and I was waiting for about 5-10 minutes already. I then asked the cashier who took my order about my ice cream cone and she asked the same customer service female who gave the guy his order before me about the ice cream cone. She responded "I am busy" then the nice cashier who was (previously handling dirty money) with unwashed hands was nice enough to make my ice cream cone for me. Burger King need to retrain their customer service reps to be more professional and friendly towards their customers and (have better sanitary training) regarding handling food while working behind a cash register. No gloves on. I definately had poor service from Burger...

I'm not going to lie. I stop at burger king like once a day if not every other day. Now I get a double cheeseburger meal. It is not on the menu or it is not a value meal. Something I order and they package it in a deal for me. Anybody can get it. Idk what it is, but some burger king's tell me they don't have it. Even though I get it at the lemoyne, Newberrytown(etters) Paxton st, and the one in camp hill. I think they need more or better training at burger king. Other then that, I always get hot good food at burger king. There burgers are really good. Fries are salted nice and always hot n fresh. Now I have to check my drink before I leave cause they always manage to mess my drink up. Haha. But I love burger king. Love there food. Id recommend this burger king to anybody.
