This company is an absolute joke if I can rate them 0 Stars I would I purchased a 65 inch curved tv from them 4 months ago back from Best Buy brand new The TV was rarely used and yet somehow caught fire there was smoke coming through the back of the TV that turned into flames I was able to safely get the TV out of the house and no one was hurt thank God The TV was burnt to a crisp I called Samsung to ask if they can replace the TV are give me something similar even cheaper smaller was even an option since I was only using this TV for my children in their bedroom I have a 4K TV in my living room so I decided I'll just put it in there room now my children are terrified to play in their bedroom because of what happened there was no structural damage to the house except The wall mount thing which was damaged and some of my wall since the TV was mounted I basically had to rip it off I explain what happened to my apartment and management said they would replace it no charge all I asked was for Samsung to replace my TV with any type of TV this tv costed me well over 1500$ I would've been happy with anything but Samsung decided that they could do nothing for me since I had no receipt and no pictures of the television Who in their right mind would think about taking pictures of the TV that's on fire The only thing I was thinking about was the safety of my children and myself my children lost the receipt a few weeks ago back along with all of my receipts that I usually keep but I kept my box that's usually the only proof of purchase that I ever needed when It came to returning TVs off I ever had to so next time you think about buying a Samsung TV and them taking care of any problems that comes after think again for buying...

Read moreJust had my new Sansung Note 8 at The Sansung store in Midway Mall. I have no words to express my great satisfaction !! Was trested very professioally by Edwin, he went through all the details and setting up my phone as easy mode and transferring all my data from a Note 3. I am not computer savvy, have been thinking of changing to this newer version for a long time, but the thought of the ordeal of transferring and maybe losing info, was a big deterrement factor. Finally, I was forced to because had no choice when my old note 3 was giving me many problems. The place is inmaculate, all the employees are super nice, I really regret not having done this before, but how could I know it was going to be such easy , comfortable and pleasant with them. The store and manager are very lucky to have such an assistant manager as Edwin, PLEASE, do not hesitate to go to this store.
