Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sweetwater

While I am a avid lover of Starbucks, I must say that Dunkin' has better breakfast options for what "I" like. I don't require a fancy breakfast, just give me my food.

However, I don't like and will probably never like their coffee. For the life of them they cannot seem to get these flavors right and in that respect all hail Starbucks. I have tried plenty of flavors and combinations to get it to just what I like and while they may tolerable the effort isn't successful.

The hot coffee is fine. I don't really care for American coffee too much as I am a cafe con leche lover but Dunkin' has pretty decent coffee.

This store is always clean when I come in in the morning. I don't really interact with the staff as I order my items through the app and they are available for me at the pick up counter. They seem nice, though. Does that count?

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin donuts. Went to get two donuts with my girlfriend last night, when I walked in I had trash and threw it in the garbage next to the entrance and the lady working there shunned me and started whining and went to the back. We walked towards the register and there was water spilled on it and crumbs all over it.(this was 20 minutes before closing) the lady comes back and tells me that I shouldn’t have thrown the trash in the TRASH because she had already changed the bags (20 minutes before closing again). She took out order came back and with the nastiest attitude gave me and my girlfriend our donuts almost signaling to us that we weren’t wanted there and she rather close quickly than serve two donuts. Frankly disappointed because this is right next to where I leave and I won’t ever be coming back. Having a staff member like that is embarrassing from such a lovely place like...

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, to my surprise they barely had any donuts. I mean literally empty, no chocolate, vanilla, Boston cream at all. I thought may be they were making them fresh. When I asked the lady with the glasses who works there that if they're brining more from the back she answered ''no, we ran out". I asked If it's normal that they run out of the most basic donuts that DD is known for and she replied 'yes'. I'm still literally shocked. Who ever owns this location on 107th really needs to look what's going on and perhaps tell their employees to work on making donuts.
