I arrived to pick up a mobile order, I went to the counter and informed the employee I placed a mobile order, she said okay, walked away. After a few minutes she went and got someone who seemed like she was the manager, she came and asked for my name, she said okay 5 minutes. Five minutes passed and I asked if I could at least have the cup for the drink while I waited… the same girl rang me up and tried to charge me for a drink, I again showed her my mobile app with the receipt to tell her that I already bought one, she said okay and left the counter. I continued to wait several minutes later until I asked how much longer, the manager came back and again asked for my name and I showed her my app again, within one minute the entire order was ready. The first employee clearly did not know what she was doing nor did she appear to speak any English to be helpful to assist me after several interactions. With all of the employees that walked passed me and look at me waiting and clearly had no intention to ask me what I was waiting for, like no one would willingly hangout in a Wendy’s for fun, so if you see a customer waiting for over 10 minutes, in a fast food restaurant.. you’d think to ask them if they needed help, that’s like customer service basics. And I understand this is miami and English is a second language if at all for most, but st the very least you’d think there would be at least one employee that spoke English to help non-Spanish speaking customers, especially the manager on duty. Additionally, maybe if the manager removed her music-AirPods from her ears when speaking with customers, that might mitigate further customer...
Read moreOh, what a culinary masterpiece I stumbled upon at Wendy's! The frozen chicken sandwich, a true embodiment of winter's embrace, arrived at my table like a frigid work of art. Forget the warm, inviting taste; this sandwich was practically an iceberg on a bun.
The flavor, or lack thereof, was a true revelation. It seems Wendy's has mastered the art of extracting every ounce of taste from their chicken, leaving a void that not even a seasoned flavor detective could uncover. It's as if the sandwich whispered, "I dare you to find any semblance of enjoyment in this chilly abyss."
And let's not forget the delightful encounter with the associate. When I had the audacity to request a single sauce, I was treated to a spectacle of eye-rolling mastery. The eye-roll, a move typically reserved for Olympic gymnastics, was executed with such precision that I couldn't help but feel like an inconvenience for expecting a sauce to accompany my frozen symphony.
In conclusion, Wendy's has truly elevated the art of gastronomic disappointment. The frozen chicken sandwich, devoid of taste, paired with a side of eye rolls, is a testament to their commitment to creating an experience that leaves you questioning the very essence of fast food. Bravo, Wendy's, for turning a simple meal into a frosty spectacle of...
Read moreIf I could rate 0 stars I would. To preface, I pay ahead and order through the mobile app at the same location and with the same card for a while now since this Wendy’s is next to my job. Today, I order ahead as I usually do, and when I arrive to the drive thru, they inform me they do not have my order. I show them my receipt proving I paid ahead, I’m at the right location and had an order number… they said “the orders not here”. I ask for a manager, Maria P., who then informs me that it’s not their problem and I have to call the app… I once again, show them the proof of payment AND the receipt showing my mobile order was sent to the correct location. I ordered through the WENDYS app, not through third party… Instead of admitting a mistake was made on their end (probably gave my order to another customer) and remaking the order I paid for, they ignored me through the window.. I’m on my lunch break, so after being ignored for at least two minutes, I felt bad for holding up the line and go inside. When I go inside, the manager is no where to be found, basically hiding from me again. I was forced to leave because I was going to be late for work. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service, and from a...
