Do not go to this Chipotle, the customer service is horrible and they're racist! Both the server and manager were extremely rude! I ordered a chicken bowl for lunch, the guy barely gave me a full scoop. He also dropped some of the chicken and asked if I still wanted it or if he should throw it away. I thought that was rude and disgusting why would I want it if it fell. So I asked if he could put a little bit more in my bowl since he dropped some and barely gave me a full scoop. I wasn't super hungry which is why I didn't ask for a double portion. He gave me double and tried to charge me. I explained that I only wanted a few added since I didn't get the full scoop. He immediately got an attitude with me and said "Anything after that is double. Do you still want it or not?". Good customer service would have confirmed if I wanted double or not and would have mentioned that it would be a double charge. I've been to plenty chipotles and if customers ask for just a few more pieces they don't charge. The main issue is they way the server was talking to me and when I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. I asked to speak to the manager, George Bogard but he was rude as well. I explained that I didn't appreciate the servers customer service and asked for the servers name. He refuseed to give it to me and stayed that he doesn't give out his employee's names. I worked in customer service before and you're supposed to provide your name. I've heard how unprofessional and bad this Chipotle was before and I should've stayed away. When I got to the cashier I was informed that I could not get chips without ordering them online. I get products are limited but the “GM” there was very rude and let me know that if I wanted to order my food online she would gladly give me chips. I did ask would you rather throw out my already made food for me to order online for chips in which she would be wasting the “limited” food and she did say yes. Keep in mind I’m watching the employees eat the chips she just informed me I could not get without an online order. So with her rudeness she threw my food in the trash and proceeded to wait in the next customers in line.
