Bought a carryout while visiting the Kenwood Towne Center/Mall. I wasn't surprised at all to find a long queue due to the popularity of the so called Chick-Fil-A brand or products. The mall foot traffic also adds to the crowd.
Bought a Chick-Fil-A Classic Chicken Sandwich. It cost me $4.79 for a single sandwich. I felt that it was overpriced due to its given size or quantity, quite similar to most of their other items. The sandwich was okay since I opted not to have either any mayonnaise or lettuce, except for tomato on it. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 chicken Deluxe sandwiches, which is supposed to include lettuce, tomato, cheese, and pickles. We only got pickles on both sandwiches. When I politely let them know we received the wrong order, I was only offered a piece of cheese and lettuce to put on my sandwich. There were also large clumps of hair in the fries. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I am an employee in the mall, so I come to this chick fil a almost everyday if not multiple times a day. The service is phenomenal. The employees have gotten to know myself and the rest of my staff, and go above and beyond to make sure we have the best chick fil a experience. Garth, James, Hector, Maria, Eldrige, Daniel and many more on their staff treat us like we’re apart of their family.
