Great product. Horrible in-store customer service. We’ve been customers for over 15 years and have referred several people to them. That is clearly meaningless. Laura, specifically, should not be allowed to work with customers. She literally refused to answer a question I asked her because I said we would buy our sheets at Macy’s. (They do not keep sheets in stock and have to order them. We needed sheets in a rush and could not wait for delivery.) She would not answer me. Her exact words were “you’ll figure it out.” It was like dealing with a two year old. This was our second encounter with her. The first time, we were inquiring about a replacement unit for a bed. She handed us a card and said, “ you have to call customer service” and returned to her conversation with the sales person next to her. (There were no other customers in the store) That was it. No explanation, no greeting, no thank you. Nothing. She’s awful.
We will never walk in that store again and will steer everyone we know elsewhere. The beds are great but that store is a hot mess. And that woman needs to work in a dark corner away...
Read moreWow, where to begin? If you have elderly parents or anyone older that you assist, avoid Sleep Number like Covid. In my opinion, their business practices come very close to financial elder abuse. Lofty claims are made that a bed can be returned, for a fee, if you are not satisfied. This is true. What they fail to clearly state, is that the adjustable frame (typically a $2,000+ item) is non-returnable. So for the elderly, or folks with with hearing issues, run, do not walk away from Sleep Number. The Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Bureau, and any other bureau that cares about human decency, should investigate this company's shady business practices. You have been warned. Sadly, I wish my parents could have read this review first. Shame on...
